Kyle Massengale
is an attorney with Wilmer & Lee in Decatur, Alabama. He has over 30 years of legal experience, primarily focusing on trusts and estates, real estate, corporate law, and trial advocacy. Mr. Massengale earned his J.D. degree from Faulkner University's Thomas Goode Jones School of Law. He is admitted to practice in Alabama and the U.S. Supreme Court. Mr. Massengale also holds a license with the Alabama Real Estate Commission as a realtor. He frequently speaks at seminars for various communities and serves as a board member for NewLife Behavior Prison Ministry.

is a partner in the Cleveland office of Brennan, Manna & Diamond, LLC. He is a distinguished former assistant U.S. attorney for the Northern District of Ohio, with over 30 years of experience. Mr. Primes has transitioned to serve as co-chair of BMD's business and tort litigation practice, and represents companies across the U.S. in high-stakes litigation. He has handled a wide variety of complex civil litigation in state, federal and appellate courts, including jury trials and appellate actions. Mr. Primes earned his B.S. degree from Ohio University and his J.D. degree from Georgetown University Law Center.

Ms. Janel will also handle small municipal court matters and some civil litigation. She earned her B.A. degree in Journalism from American University and her J.D. degree from Widener University School of Law Ms. Janel is licensed to practice in both New Jersey and Pennsylvania.

, Attorney at Law, is an associate professor of accounting at the University of Idaho. He teaches tax and business law courses in the College of Business and has taught in the College of Law at the University of Idaho. Mr. Utzman also has a law practice, practicing in the areas of taxation, estate planning, probate, corporate and partnership law. He has spoken to numerous tax and estate planning groups on limited liability companies and various related issues. Mr. Utzman is a licensed CPA, a member of the Idaho State Bar, and admitted to practice before the U.S. Tax Court. He earned his B.A. degree, with honors, from Washington State University; his J.D. degree from the University of Idaho College of Law; and his LL.M. degree from New York University School of Law. Mr. Utzman continued his education through programs at both Southern Methodist University School of Law and Harvard Law School.
