R. Joseph Wessendarp
is a solo practitioner in West Chester, who advises and defends private and public sector employers and businesses in labor and employment, workers' compensation, workplace health and safety regulatory compliance, discriminatory and retaliatory discharge, wage/hour issues, and collective bargaining. He practices before state and federal trial and appellate courts, administrative tribunals, and arbitrations. Mr. Wessendarp earned his B.A. degree from the University of Cincinnati and his J.D. degree from the University of Detroit.

Erik Peters
is a partner in Verrill Dana LLP's labor and employment group. He regularly conducts workplace investigations, advises clients on employment law and human resources compliance issues, and defends companies accused of discrimination or harassment based upon disability, religion, age, sexual orientation, whistleblower retaliation, and wage and hour violations. Additionally, Mr. Peters has successfully represented many individuals who were the victims of discrimination. A significant part of his practice involves conducting workplace investigations. In conjunction with this, Mr. Peters has successfully completed the Association of Workplace Investigators' Training Institute, which teaches the knowledge and skills necessary to perform impartial workplace investigations. He also regularly conducts anti-harassment training for his management side clients and for other attorneys.

Kevin T. Knight
is a partner in the law offices of DSK Law. He is board-certified as a trial lawyer by both The Florida Bar and the National Board of Trial Advocacy. Over the course of his practice, Mr. Knight has generally focused on personal injury litigation. He earned his B.S.B.A. degree, summa cum laude, from the University of Central Florida and his J.D. degree from Stetson University College of Law.

Gretchen E. Moore
is president and shareholder at Strassburger McKenna Gutnick & Gefsky. She has been with the firm since 2004 and is the first woman to be elected as the firm's president. Additionally, Ms. Moore serves as chair of the firm's e-Discovery Group and co-chair of the firm's Investigations Group. Her practice focuses on commercial and civil litigation, independent investigations, and municipal law with an emphasis on contracts, employment, fraud, breach of fiduciary duty, business disputes, and land use and other real estate disputes. She is a member of the Association of Workplace Investigations.

John A. Adams
is the founder of the John Adams Law Firm LLC. He concentrates his practice representing New Jersey and Pennsylvania businesses, employer associations and construction contractors in labor law, employment law, construction law, corporate/business law, and litigation before federal and state courts; as well as various federal and state agencies such as OSHA, MSHA, DOT, EEOC, PHRC, NJDCR, and DOL. Mr. Adams is a member of the bar of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, the state bars of Pennsylvania and New Jersey, and numerous federal district courts. He was the primary author of the 2006 Pennsylvania Mechanics' Lien Law Amendments, which substantially changed and modernized the Pennsylvania Mechanics' Lien Law. Mr. Adams earned his B.S. degree from the United States Military Academy West Point and his J.D. degree from the University of Notre Dame Law School.

Krystel G. Becker
is an associate at Strassburger McKenna Gutnick & Gefsky, where she contributes to a broad range of practice areas, including independent investigations, public sector, nonprofit, adoption, guardianship, and family formation and litigation. Before joining the firm as an associate, Ms. Becker clerked at SMGG while completing her J.D. degree at the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, where she graduated cum laude. During law school, she served as a certified legal intern in the Immigration Law Clinic, representing clients seeking asylum, protection under the Violence Against Women Act, and U-visas. Ms. Becker managed complex immigration cases, handled filings for temporary protected status and humanitarian parole, and represented clients in immigration court. Her work focused on empowering foreign-born clients by helping them navigate cultural and linguistic barriers in the U.S. legal system. Ms. Becker brings a global perspective to her legal practice, informed by her extensive background in international relations and public policy. She earned her Ph.D. in international relations and her M.A. degree in international studies from Florida International University. Before moving to the United States, Ms. Becker was the advisor to the Minister of Rural Development and Local Government in her country of origin, Trinidad and Tobago, where she led legislative initiatives, disaster relief coordination, and media relations.
