is a partner at Mefford, Weber and Blythe PC, where he practices in the areas of personal injury law, civil trial litigation, debtor/creditor law, bankruptcy, family law, estate and financial planning, and real estate. He is licensed to practice in the state of Indiana, U.S. District Court for both the Northern and Southern districts of Indiana, Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals, and U.S. Supreme Court. Currently Mr. Weber serves as legal counsel for the Municipal City of Auburn, Auburn Municipal Utilities, Auburn Plan Commission and Board of Zoning Appeals, DeKalb County Central United School District, Smith-Green Schools, DeKalb County Change Academy, and various other local entities. He is a member of the DeKalb County Bar, Indiana State Bar Association, American Association for Justice, and Council of School Attorneys and Municipal Attorneys. Mr. Weber earned his B.S. degree, cum laude, from St. Joseph's College of Rensselaer Indiana and his J.D. degree from John Marshall Law School in Chicago.

is an attorney with the law firm of Sweet, Stevens, Katz & Williams LLP. She is an experienced education law practitioner with a keen understanding of the issues from both a legal and practical standpoint. Ms. Linnell advises clients in matters involving special education, student civil rights, and operations/practices. She is especially dedicated to the issue of Title IX compliance, both its historic regulations and the impending new directives. Ms. Linnell maintains a constant commitment to professional development by seeking opportunities to learn, grow and share through client in-service training, writing legal alerts and articles on cutting-edge topics, and presenting live continuing legal education programs and seminars. She earned her B.S.Ed degree from West Chester University of Pennsylvania and her J.D. degree from Drexel University, Thomas R. Kline School of Law.

is a founding partner with Frazer & Feldman, LLP. He has handled the defense of public school districts in major federal and state litigation involving civil rights, age, race, disability and sexual discrimination matters, sexual harassment complaints, and special education matters. Mr. Feldman has handled the successful defense of dozens of impartial hearings and appeals to the SRO and federal courts on behalf of school districts. He is a frequent speaker in various special education law programs. Mr. Feldman is admitted to practice law in the state courts of New York, U.S. Supreme Court, Second Circuit and Federal Circuit Courts of Appeals, and Southern and Eastern District courts of New York. Since 1987, he has served public school districts as general counsel. Mr. Feldman earned his B.A. degree, cum laude, from Brooklyn College and his J.D. degree from Brooklyn Law School.

What happens if my course is cancelled?
In the unlikely event that NBI cancels or reschedules an upcoming program, each registered attendee will be contacted via email by a representative of NBI. Outreach to attendees begins as soon as NBI is made aware that a program will not move forward at its originally scheduled date and time.
