Overview
A Rapid-Fire Red-Flag Checklist
Trusts are powerful instruments, yet even a single drafting oversight or funding gap can transform a client’s legacy into a legal and emotional burden. This course provides a checklist-style rundown of the most common errors made during the creation and management of trusts. We move beyond theory to address the practical broken links in trust law: from the "empty vessel" funding problem to the fiduciary blunders that trigger IRS audits. Regardless of your experience level, this session equips you with actionable tactics to spot mistakes and improve planning. Register today!
