Kahlil I. Medley
is an attorney at The Baird Law Firm. He focuses his practice on personal injury and business law. Mr. Medley earned his B.S. degree from Sam Houston State University and his J.D. degree from Texas Southern University Thurgood Marshall School of Law. His legal experience spans from working in the Harris County District Attorney's Office, and civil litigation in both public and private sectors, shaping a client-centered approach to written advocacy. Mr. Medley has assisted in drafting legal briefs for consideration of judicial opinions, managed complex litigation, and consistently produced precise and persuasive legal writing on behalf of his clients. Beyond the courtroom, he is the founder of Top Flight Hookah LLC. For nearly a decade, Mr. Medley has built strategic partnerships and executed innovative marketing strategies for product sales and event concepts, driving consistent business growth in Texas and targeted markets nationwide. As he continues his legal career, he remains committed to advancing excellence in motion writing and written advocacy, sharing insights that help strengthen clarity, precision, and persuasion in legal practice. Mr. Medley is admitted to practice law in Texas.

William M. Davis
is a partner with Taylor Nelson Slattery Bernard PL., where he defends businesses and professionals in a variety of contract and tort claims. His practice areas include professional negligence, transportation litigation, catastrophic accidents, legal malpractice, medical malpractice, nursing home liability, premises liability, products liability, contractual obligations and insurance coverage. Early in his career as a litigator in New Orleans, he defended offshore drilling contractors against injury claims, which served as the beginning of a now 19-year career defending businesses against catastrophic injury claims. Outside of the office, Mr. Davis stays closely involved with the transportation industry. He serves on the Executive Committee of the Transportation Lawyers Association, North America’s oldest transportation-centered bar association. Mr. Davis also participates in numerous other industry events and enjoys both presenting and learning from other lawyers, claims professionals and business owners. He earned his B.S. degree international business with concentration in French from Auburn University and his J.D. degree from Louisiana State University Paul M. Hebert Law Center. Mr. Davis is a member of the State Bar of Georgia, State Bar of Louisiana, Transportation Lawyers Association and Georgia Defense Lawyers Association. He is admitted to practice in all Georgia courts; all Louisiana courts; U.S. District Court for the Northern, Middle and Southern districts of Georgia; U.S. District Court for the Eastern, Middle and Western districts of Louisiana; U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth and Eleventh circuits; and U.S. Court of Appeals for the Armed Forces.

John (JJ) Sauve
is a partner with Haynes & Sauve, Attorneys and Advisors in Tryon, North Carolina, where his practice focuses on estate planning and administration, commercial and residential real estate, small business and corporate representation, nonprofit organizations, and local government law. He brings more than two decades of legal and public-sector experience to his work, including service in senior municipal leadership roles and extensive advising of public, nonprofit, and closely held entities. His current practice is primarily advisory, centered on governance, risk management, regulatory compliance, and long-term organizational planning, and he regularly counsels boards, executives, and business owners on complex legal, administrative, and operational issues. Mr. Sauve began his legal career as an assistant district attorney, prosecuting matters ranging from traffic offenses to first-degree murder cases, and he continues to rely on a substantial civil and criminal litigation background in his advisory work. Although his practice has transitioned toward preventative and strategic counsel, his guidance is informed by a litigator's perspective that anticipates disputes, evidentiary challenges, and enforcement risks before they arise. He is a certified fire and rescue instructor and law enforcement instructor and has taught a wide range of audiences on topics spanning operational decision-making, ethics, governance, administrative law, and legal risk management. In both his practice and instruction, Mr. Sauve emphasizes practical application of the law, clear frameworks for decision-making, and lessons drawn from real-world litigation and public-sector experience.

Daniel K. Vincent
is an attorney at Vincent Law. His practice focuses on helping families and business owners protect their assets and their legacies. Mr. Vincent graduated from the J. Reuben Clark Law School at Brigham Young University where he also served as a senior editor on the BYU Law Review. He also earned his Masters of Accountancy (taxation emphasis) and Bachelor of Science in Accounting from BYU's Marriott School of Business. After graduating, Mr. Vincent worked at global accounting firm Ernst and Young LLP in Salt Lake City, helping individuals and companies with complex international tax planning and compliance. He later worked as a tax subject matter expert for Canopy Tax, Inc., helping to build a software solution for tax professionals to prepare individual and trust income tax returns. Additionally, Mr. Vincent serves as a volunteer attorney for Utah Tax Help Services, a free tax clinic with offices in Provo and Salt Lake City, Utah, where he helps low-income taxpayers in tax disputes with the IRS and Utah State Tax Commission. While in law school, he worked in the IRS Volunteer Income Tax Assistance program, providing free tax preparation to low-income individuals. Mr. Vincent is admitted to practice law in Utah, Oregon, and before the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit, United States District Court, District of Utah, and United States Tax Court.
