Eduardo V. Martinez
is in self-practice with a primary focus in mediation, as well as contractual and business law, which he also teaches. He retired as a Captain from the U.S. Navy after 30 years and still consults on matters of national security. Dr. Martinez is currently on staff at Angelo State University, where he teaches intelligence and security studies. He is also on the Editorial Board of the Journal of Homeland and National Security Perspectives. Dr. Martinez has written articles involving transportation security and maritime cyberterrorism. He is a former special assistant attorney general for the state of Mississippi, and admitted to all Mississippi state and federal courts, Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals, U.S. Court of Military Appeals, U.S. Court of International Trade, and U.S. Supreme Court. Dr. Martinez earned his B.A. degree in government from the University of Texas, his M.A. degree in legal studies from Antioch University, his M.S.S. degree from the U.S. Army War College and his J.D. degree from the Mississippi College School of Law.

Kevin T. Knight
is a partner in the law offices of DSK Law. He is board-certified as a trial lawyer by both The Florida Bar and the National Board of Trial Advocacy. Over the course of his practice, Mr. Knight has generally focused on personal injury litigation. He earned his B.S.B.A. degree, summa cum laude, from the University of Central Florida and his J.D. degree from Stetson University College of Law.

Mark S. Kardos
is the principal in the Law Offices of Kardos & Goch, where he has litigated personal injury cases in Philadelphia for more than 42 years, with several verdicts published in the Pennsylvania Jury Reporter and The Verdict, a publication of the Philadelphia Trial Lawyers Association. He also serves as a Judge Pro Tem for the Philadelphia Common Pleas Court. Mr. Kardos earned his B.S. degree from Millersville University and his J.D. degree from the University of Baltimore Law School.

David Gabor
is a partner with The Wagner Law Group where he focuses his practice in human resources consulting; which includes drafting policies, negotiation of contracts, training employees, representing employers during audits, and overseeing ADA compliance for websites. Mr. Gabor handles litigation in federal and state courts and at arbitrations in issues arising out of the employer-employee relationship. He also maintains an appellate practice. Mr. Gabor is a member of multiple professional organizations, including the New York State and Massachusetts bar associations, Northeast Human Resources Association, Society for Human Resource Management, and Labor and Employment Law Committee. He earned his B.A. degree from the University of Michigan and his J.D. degree from Touro College Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Centre.

Robert J. Foster
is a Partner at Reger Rizzo & Darnall LLP, where he represents clients in a wide range of complex litigation, including class actions, shareholder disputes, unfair competition, Lanham Act claims, insurance coverage and bad faith, professional liability, and personal injury matters. He also has extensive appellate experience and has served as amicus curiae for leading organizations such as the Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association. In addition, Mr. Foster regularly advises companies on indemnification, licensing, trademark, and copyright issues. Mr. Foster has also taught as an adjunct professor at Drexel University's LeBow College of Business and, from 2001 to 2018, at Temple University, where he taught Legal and Ethical Issues in Sports and Recreation. He has been certified by the NFL and NBA Players Associations as a player representative, negotiating marketing deals for athletes and companies, advising professional teams, facilities, and organizations on risk management, and providing counsel to writers, musicians, and athletes nationwide. He has also written and spoken extensively on liability issues in amateur and professional sports. In addition to his litigation and teaching work, Mr. Foster serves as Judge Pro Tempore with the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas, where he acts as a settlement master. He frequently serves as an arbitrator, often as chairperson, and has been appointed Special Master at the request of the Court. A frequent CLE presenter, Mr. Foster lectures on topics such as indemnification agreements, subrogation and liens, legal research and writing, technology, discovery, insurance disputes, and the Fair Share Act. He also moderates an annual Judicial Forum on litigation techniques, featuring judges from across the Philadelphia region.
