Speaker bio
Robert T. Repko
is the founding partner of Repko Law, LLC in Doylestown, Pennsylvania, where he has built a successful practice focusing on representing individuals in matters related to divorce, custody, support, domestic violence and protection from abuse. He received his B.A. degree from College Misericordia (now Misericordia University) and his J.D. degree from the Dickinson School of Law, now of the Pennsylvania State University. Prior to entering private practice, Mr. Repko served as an assistant district attorney in both Monroe and Bucks counties, where he gained significant trial experience prosecuting both jury trials and bench trials. He has also served as an adjunct professor at Delaware Valley College, teaching such classes as real estate fundamentals and business law. Mr. Repko remains very active within the legal profession, having served as the treasurer, vice-president and president of the Bucks County Bar Association, chair of the Finance Committee and chair of the Bench Bar Committee. He is also a member of the Association's Diversity Committee, Family Law Section and Criminal Law Section, and has previously served as vice-chair of the Young Lawyer's Division. He also belongs to the Montgomery County Bar Association and the Pennsylvania Bar Association, where he currently serves as vice-chair of the Membership Development and Quality of Life committees, is a delegate to the PBA House of Delegates, and is a member of both the Family Law and Solo and Small Practice sections. In addition, Mr. Repko is actively involved in his community, where he serves on the Board of the Corporate Business Partnership panel for the James A. Michener Museum, previously served on the Board of Directors for the Bucks County Opportunity Council, was the league director and coach for the Doylestown Athletic Association 12U girls softball program, and was a Parish Religious Education Program (P.R.E.P.) teacher for his parish. Mr. Repko is also currently the solicitor for Bucks County Health Services, and is licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Illinois, as well as the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, the United States District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania, the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey and the United States Supreme Court.

Elizabeth A. Beroes
is the owner of Beroes Law Center, P.C. She has practiced law for 27 years in the areas of family law, criminal law, estates, and personal injury (female issues). Ms. Beroes' estate practice involves wills, trusts, guardianships, and complex litigation involving heir/beneficiary contests. She has tried many divorce cases in Allegheny, Westmoreland, Lawrence, Washington, Butler, Beaver and Fayette counties, where court appointed valuation experts have testified in each case. Ms. Beroes previously lectured at the University of Buffalo Creative Problem Solving Institute and for the Stepping Out Program at high schools around the city of Pittsburgh. She is also involved in a mentoring program through Allegheny County Child Advocate Training. Ms. Beroes obtained a mediation certificate and co-parenting certificate, and opened a supervised visitation center for children where parents have had safety issues. She earned her B.S. degree from the University of Pittsburgh and her J.D. degree from Capital University. Ms. Beroes is a member of the Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association (member, Family Law Section); Allegheny County and Pennsylvania bar associations; and Compassionate Friends of Greater Pittsburgh Organization, for parents who have lost children (Steering Committee).

Brittany Vakiner
is a senior litigation attorney with Cordell & Cordell, practicing in the area of family law with an emphasis in divorce. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Education from Ohio University and her Juris Doctor from Duquesne Law School. Ms. Vakiner is a member of the Allegheny County Bar Association and the Pennsylvania Bar Association. She is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania.

Ryan P. Sayler
has built his career upon advocating for children and helping families safely manage challenging situations. He began his work counseling and caring for youth to help them work through mental and behavioral issues, so that they could heal and move beyond past issues. Through this experience, Mr. Sayler saw first-hand how important support and security is for our youth, which made him passionate about advocating for children and helping families better communicate and function together. After spending six years in the social work field as a counselor and mental health worker, he found himself wanting to make a bigger impact. Now in the family law field, Mr. Sayler is able to apply his knowledge and commitment toward helping families navigate through difficult circumstances so they can move forward with their lives. He is skilled at identifying areas of leverage in negotiation, and encourages clients toward a favorable outcome prior to litigation. Mr. Sayler's efficient and adaptable approach serves his clients well when it is necessary to take their case to the courtroom. He practices family law throughout central Pennsylvania, including Dauphin, Cumberland, Lebanon, Lancaster, Perry, York, Adams and Franklin counties. Mr. Sayler earned his bachelor's degree in youth development psychology from North Central University. He went on to earn his law degree from The Penn State Dickinson School of Law in Carlisle, Pennsylvania, where he still remains involved consulting the Community Law Clinic. Additionally, Mr. Sayler's experience with public speaking, legal drafting and creative research serve as a tremendous benefit to his clients and their cases.

How many Utah CLE credits can I carry over?
Effective July 1, 2026, Utah attorneys can carry over up to 6 hours of excess Verified CLE credits from their current compliance period to their immediate next compliance period. Ethics or professionalism credits may not be carried forward.
In addition, attorneys licensed in another MCLE state whose principal office for the practice of law is not in Utah, may fulfill that state's mandatory CLE requirement, as well as completing 1 hour each of Utah-approved ethics and professionalism credits, for their compliance in Utah.
