Thomas H. Peyton
is an attorney with Clyde & Co US LLP, where his practice focuses on advising insurance carriers on a variety of coverage issues; including construction-related claims and losses, commercial property losses, general liability, issues of multiple-year trigger and allocation, additional insured status, contractual indemnity, and extra-contractual liability. He earned his B.A. degree, magna cum laude, from The University of Memphis and his J.D. degree, cum laude, from Loyola University New Orleans College of Law. Mr. Peyton is a member of the New Orleans Bar Association.

Kila Baldwin
is a shareholder at Anapol Weiss. She has been involved in a number of high-profile cases, including as lead counsel in trials that resulted in verdicts of $80 million, $57.1 million and $41 million against Johnson & Johnson in transvaginal mesh cases. Ms. Baldwin is currently investigating cases of women who used Depo-Provera and developed brain or spinal cord tumors (meningiomas). Research has shown that Depo-Provera increases the risk of these types of tumors. She was selected as a Pennsylvania Super Lawyer each year from 2019-2023. In 2023 Ms. Baldwin was recognized on the SuperLawyers Top 50 list: Women Pennsylvania Super Lawyers. From 2011-2018 she was named a Pennsylvania Super Lawyer Rising Star and from 2014-2019 as a New Jersey Super Lawyer Rising Star, designating her as among the top 2.5 percent of attorneys in the two states who are 40 or younger. She has been inducted as a member of the Litigation Counsel of America. Ms. Baldwin also was selected for the 2017-2021 editions of the peer-review publication Best Lawyers in America. She earned her bachelor's degree in economics from Pennsylvania State University. Ms. Baldwin earned a dual J.D./M.B.A. degree from the Temple University Beasley School of Law, where she was awarded the Beasley Scholarship and two awards for Outstanding Oral Advocacy.

Kevin M. Madden
is the founding member of the Law Offices of Kevin Michael Madden, P.L.L.C., where he practices in the areas of civil trial practice, commercial litigation, business litigation, construction law and employment law. He is admitted to practice in Texas and before the U.S. District Court, Southern and Eastern districts of Texas. Mr. Madden was the articles editor for the Houston Journal of International Law. He was the judicial intern to the Honorable David Hittner, U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Texas; and a law clerk to the Honorable Joseph James "Tad" Halbach, Jr., 333rd District Court, Harris County, Texas. Mr. Madden is a member of the Houston Bar Association, State Bar of Texas, Texas Young Lawyers Association, Texas Trial Lawyers Association, Association of Trial Lawyers of America and Trial Lawyers for Public Justice. He earned his B.A. degree from the University of Colorado at Boulder, his B.S. degree from the University of Houston and his J.D. degree from the University of Houston Law Center.

Andrew W. Bell
is an attorney at Bradley Arant Bould Cummings, LLP. He represents energy sector companies in complex oil and gas litigation. Mr. Bell has extensive experience litigating multi-district and class action royalty cases in both state and federal court and represents upstream oilfield companies in contractual, commercial and catastrophic personal injury disputes. In addition to his oilfield experience, he represents clients in a variety of commercial and construction litigation matters, including contractual disputes, business torts, and employment litigation. Mr. Bell drafts pleadings and discovery, handles depositions and discovery responses, argues motions (including dispositive and pre-trial motions), and is tasked with comprehensive trial preparation. He earned his B.A. degree, cum laude, from Schreiner University and his J.D. degree, magna cum laude, from Texas A&M University School of Law.
