Stacey D. Mullins
is the deputy managing shareholder of GrayRobinson, P.A. in Boca Raton, Florida. She is a collaboratively-trained attorney with extensive experience in the area of marital and family law. Ms. Mullins is certified for practice by the Florida Supreme Court, as well as a family law mediator. Her approach is to focus on resolution of disputes, and avoiding litigation and court time if possible. Extraordinary dedication, intense case preparation, outstanding courtroom performance, and admirable integrity distinguish Ms. Mullins' work as an attorney. She emphasizes a team approach within her practice and serves her client's needs 24/7. Ms. Mullins is a member of South Palm Beach County Bar Association, Florida Justice Association and on the National Borad of Directors, Sharsheret (2023-Present). She earned her B.A. and J.D. degrees from University of Florida.

Kevin T. Knight
is a partner in the law offices of DSK Law. He is board-certified as a trial lawyer by both The Florida Bar and the National Board of Trial Advocacy. Over the course of his practice, Mr. Knight has generally focused on personal injury litigation. He earned his B.S.B.A. degree, summa cum laude, from the University of Central Florida and his J.D. degree from Stetson University College of Law.

Corinne Kaplan
is president/CEO of her southeastern Wisconsin based law firm, Kaplan Law Firm, S.C., founded in 1992. Additionally, she serves as a business and sport law professor teaching sport law, business law, accounting, tax, economics, ethics and human resources management. Ms. Kaplan also has taught at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, Cardinal Stritch University, Milwaukee Area Technical College, Lakeland College, Indiana University-Bloomington and other institutions. Her previous experience includes working in the tax department of Peat Marwick; serving as in-house counsel for the Kidder Peabody investment firm; and in the tax and sport departments for Davis & Kuelthau, S.C. law firm, as well as two domestic relations boutique firms. Ms. Kaplan has provided legal counsel for many sport industry and hospital based charitable organizations. She has published articles for Corporate Report Wisconsin, and other publications, and has frequently presented key note addresses, papers and seminars for the National Business Institute, local bar associations, local management associations, business and management universities, Wisconsin Association of Independent Colleges and Universities, and the National Sport Lawyers Association. She earned her B.A. degree from Indiana University-Bloomington and her J.D. degree from Indiana University-Indianapolis. Ms. Kaplan is admitted to the State Bar of Wisconsin, and served as the 2010 president of the Ozaukee County Bar Association.

R. Gregory Hyden
is a shareholder with GrayRobinson, P.A., being an accomplished civil litigator with a practice concentrated on guardianship and probate litigation, marital and family law, specialized homeowners' association matters, and local government litigation. He represents clients in complex and often sensitive legal issues requiring both strategic litigation skills and a deep understanding of local and administrative law. Deeply committed to public service and community engagement, Mr. Hyden donates significant time to causes that reflect his values. He has served in various circuits as a pro bono guardian ad litem, advocating for the rights and welfare of children in the court system. Mr. Hyden is a member of the Boca Raton Chamber of Commerce, St. Gregory's Episcopal Church. As a published legal scholar, his law review article analyzing church property disputes cited in appellate briefs and academic journals demonstrating reach and influence beyond the courtroom. Mr. Hyden earned his B.A. degree, cum laude, from the University of South Florida and his J.D. degree from Florida State University College of Law. He is a member of the Florida Bar Association and his admitted to practice in Florida.

Matthew L. Lundy
is the managing partner of Matthew Lundy Law - QDRO Law, a multi-jurisdictional QDRO law firm. He is licensed to practice law in Florida, Georgia, New Jersey and Pennsylvania. Mr. Lundy has a great deal of experience in analyzing and interpreting state and federal law related to retirement account division in family law cases, including but not limited to the Internal Revenue Code and the Employee Retirement Income Security Act. He has written several articles on the subjects of retirement account division and the use of QDROs and similar orders in family law cases that have been published both state and nationwide. In addition, Mr. Lundy also has lectured on the subject of retirement account division to judges, family law practitioners, and other family law professionals throughout the country. As an attorney with a background in both family law and dividing retirement accounts specifically, he has developed a unique understanding of both the legal and mechanical issues related to retirement account division. Mr. Lundy’s clients consist of both individual (non-attorney) clients and attorneys. Clients seek his counsel as a means to not only accurately address legal issues related to retirement accounts, but also to advise on and execute the most practical means of expeditiously resolving retirement account issues. Mr. Lundy has also spearheaded a movement to discourage the unlicensed practice of law in the context of QDRO preparation, as a means of protecting the public at large and to ensure that clients get the best and most complete service possible. This has included lecturing and writing articles on the topic of UPL, as well as seeking advisory opinions from at least one state bar association clarifying the bars position on this particular topic. He earned his B.A. degree from Duke University and his J.D. degree, with honors, from the University of Florida, Levin College of Law.
