is of counsel at Farrell Fritz, P.C. He is an experienced commercial litigator representing clients in commercial tort, employment, construction, real estate, and commercial disputes. Mr. Powhida regularly litigates complex disputes involving contracts, business dissolutions, property rights, mechanic's liens, and landlord-tenant relationships, among others. He also counsels business clients in a myriad of business matters. In this capacity, Mr. Powhida advises business owners in a range of asset transactions, including the sale and purchase of businesses and professional practices. With concentrated experience in the construction industry, he also drafts and negotiates sophisticated agreements for contractors, property owners and real estate developers. Mr. Powhida earned his B.A degree from Siena College and his J.D degree from Albany Law School of Union University.

What happens if my course is cancelled?
In the unlikely event that NBI cancels or reschedules an upcoming program, each registered attendee will be contacted via email by a representative of NBI. Outreach to attendees begins as soon as NBI is made aware that a program will not move forward at its originally scheduled date and time.
