Speaker bio
Chase M. Gruszka
is a partner at Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A., where he focuses his practice in general civil litigation, medical malpractice, and workers' compensation. He also handles products liability and subrogation. With a proven ability to manage sophisticated matters before administrative agencies, state courts and federal courts, Mr. Gruszka collaborates with clients to manage risk and obtain results. He handles matters from pre-litigation through verdict, and has significant bench and jury trial experience. While in law school, Mr. Gruszka was a member of the Center for Trial Advocacy & Dispute Resolution Honors Council. For excellence in advocacy and dispute resolution, he was one of eight students selected for the Trial Advocacy and Dispute Resolution Honors Board. Mr. Gruszka is a member of the Chicago Bar Association, Illinois Association of Defense Trial Counsel and Illinois State Bar Association. He earned his B.A. degree from Loras College and his J.D. degree from The John Marshall Law School.
