Clifford E. Haines
is an attorney at Haines & Associates. He has won multiple millions in jury awards and settlements in a variety of courtroom settings litigating cases, including business disputes, professional negligence, legal malpractice and medical malpractice. Mr. Haines also often serves as an expert for both plaintiffs and defendants in legal malpractice cases because he is able to adroitly synthesize complex issues into easily understandable concepts for a jury to understand and comprehend. He served as chancellor of the Philadelphia Bar Association, president of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, and a Pennsylvania Delegate to the American Bar Association. Mr. Haines dedication to legal education is evident through his directorial role at Temple University's Academy of Advocacy and his teaching engagements nationwide in association with the National Institute of Trial Advocacy (NITA).

Michael Pisanchyn
is the owner and founder of Pisanchyn Law Firm. He primarily works on cases involving individuals who have been charged with a crime or have suffered injuries due to an automobile accident, a tractor trailer accident, a motorcycle accident, medical malpractice, a birth injuries, brain injuries, wrongful death, animal bites, slips, trips, and falls, workers' compensation, Social Security disability benefits, and all personal injuries caused by another’s negligence. Mr. Pisanchyn earned his bachelor's degree from Pennsylvania State University and his J.D. degree from Dickinson School of Law. He is admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania.

He is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania and the Middle District of Pennsylvania, and has represented clients in trial, arbitration and mediation. Mr. McDaniel earned his bachelor's degree from the University of Scranton and his J.D. degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law.

is of counsel at Cooper Levenson. She has a diverse legal background spanning personal injury, complex commercial litigation, corporate law, real estate, trademark, and appellate practice. Ms. Beers has represented clients at the highest levels of the legal system, including the United States Supreme Court, federal courts of appeal, and New Jersey's appellate and supreme courts. She received her bachelor's degree from Rutgers University and her J.D. degree from Rutgers University Law School. Ms. Beers is a member of the Atlantic County Bar Association, Gloucester County Bar Association, New Jersey Association for Justice, and Pennsylvania Association for Justice.

Mark C. Levy
is a litigator and trial attorney at Eckert Seamans Cherin & Mellott, LLC who has spent most of his career defending manufacturers of consumer products in heavily regulated industries in civil claims brought by private plaintiffs as well as both civil and criminal charges initiated by federal, state, and local law enforcement agencies. He regularly handles matters involving threatened or actual enforcement actions undertaken by agencies, commissions, and departments of the United States such as the Food and Drug Administration (“FDA”), Federal Trade Commission (“FTC”), Environmental Protection Agency (“EPA”), Department of Defense (“DOD”), and Consumer Product Safety Commission (“CPSC”) as well as matters initiated by the various state enforcement agencies including state attorneys general. Mr. Levy received his B.A. degree from Wesleyan University and his J.D. degree from Villanova University School of Law. He is a member of the Food and Drug Law Institute, Philadelphia Bar Association Federal Courts Committee, Philadelphia Bar Association Judicial Evaluation Committee, Philadelphia Volunteers for the Indigent Program, and the Villanova University J. Willard O’Brien American Inn of Court. Mr. Levy is admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania and Massachusetts.

is an attorney at Zimmer Kunz, PLLC, where he currently serves as the firm's vice president.
