Peter L. Ostermiller
is a sole practitioner concentrating in legal ethics and professional responsibility matters. In 1980 he obtained his license to practice law in Kentucky. His legal ethics and professional responsibility law practice began in the mid -1980s and, since the mid-1990s has been his practice concentration. He represents attorneys in disciplinary and reinstatement proceedings, judges in judicial ethics matters, and bar exam applicants. Mr. Ostermiller has also represented parties in attorney's fee dispute proceedings, and attorneys in legal proceedings in which sanctions have been sought against the attorney. He has represented parties in attorney disqualification proceedings and counseled lawyers and law firms in their respective rights, responsibilities and duties to other attorneys and their clients. He also serves as an expert witness at the state and federal level regarding legal ethics and professional responsibility matters. Mr. Ostermiller is a member of the Kentucky Bar Association, Louisville Bar Association and Association of Professional Responsibility Lawyers. Mr. Ostermiller earned his B.A. and J.D. degrees from the University of Louisville.

Kevin T. Knight
is a partner in the law offices of DSK Law. He is board-certified as a trial lawyer by both The Florida Bar and the National Board of Trial Advocacy. Over the course of his practice, Mr. Knight has generally focused on personal injury litigation. He earned his B.S.B.A. degree, summa cum laude, from the University of Central Florida and his J.D. degree from Stetson University College of Law.

Barry M. Snyder
is the owner of the Law Office of Barry M. Snyder, P.A. He has more than 40 years of litigation experience focusing in the fields of personal injury, wrongful death, and criminal defense. Mr. Snyder is a board-certified civil trial lawyer, mediator and qualified arbitrator. He is also a NBTA certified trial lawyer. Mr. Snyder is AV rated with Martindale-Hubbel and voted Top Lawyers in Florida, Super Lawyer, and National Trial Lawyer's Top 100 Civil Plaintiff. He is admitted to practice in Florida, as well as federal court (Southern, Middle and Northern districts). Mr. Snyder is a member of the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers; a member of the Board of Directors of the Florida Justice Association; committee member of the Miami-Dade Branch of Professionalism for Attorneys; past guest speaker at University of Miami Law School, St. Thomas Law School, and Miami-Dade College; and is a trial consultant with Trial Consultants Inc. He is also a former past president of the North Dade Bar Association. Mr. Snyder earned his B.A. degree from the University of Miami and his J.D. degree from the University of New Hampshire Law School (Franklin Pierce Law Center).

is the principal in the trial law specialty firm Bear Republic Law APC, located in Orange County, California. The firm focuses its expertise on the prosecution of civil wrongdoers, individual, corporate and governmental, whose conduct causes personal injury and economic loss. Mr. Mathews is a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates. He is a selected member of the Bar Register of Pre-Eminent Lawyers in America, and his jury verdicts seat him with the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum. He is the co-author of the widely used California Practice Guide, California Causes of Action, published by James Publishing. He is a member of the American Association for Justice, Consumer Attorneys of California, Orange County Trial Lawyers, and Western Trial Lawyers Association.

Pauline C. Will
is a founding partner of Bennett Schechter Arcuri & Will LLP and focuses her practice on complex tort litigation including trucking and transportation law, toxic torts, products liability, and insurance defense litigation. She started her career as a prosecutor with the Erie County District Attorney’s Office. Ms. Will entered private practice in 2002 where she began representing insured and self-insured companies as well as insurance carriers and their policyholders in state and federal courts. She has taken cases to jury verdict and has extensive experience representing clients in alternative dispute resolution. Ms. Will handles catastrophic and wrongful death matters from their investigation through all stages of litigation.She has spoken on a variety of topics on the transportation and insurance industries and currently chairs the TIDA Marketing and Engagement Committee for the Trucking Industry Defense Association (TIDA). In the area of toxic torts, Ms. Will has extensive experience with the defense of lead paint litigation throughout New York State. She is admitted to practice in New York.

Amir Ghaeenzadeh, Esq.
is a founding attorney of Amethyst Law Group, LLC, where he represents individuals, families, and businesses across Florida in complex litigation and high-stakes legal matters. With over a decade of legal experience, Mr. Ghaeenzadeh has built a reputation as a strategic and results-driven trial lawyer dedicated to protecting the interests of his clients. is a board-certified civil trial lawyer at Phelan Tucker Law, LLP, in Iowa City, Iowa. He has been a practicing trial lawyer since graduating from law school in 1996. Mr. Weston practices in the areas of personal injury and wrongful death, professional negligence/malpractice, commercial litigation and general civil litigation. In addition to his trial practice, he regularly speaks to lawyers' groups on litigation and trial issues, insurance law, and other subjects. Mr. Weston earned his B.A. degree from the University of Iowa and his J.D. degree from Drake University School of Law. He is a fellow of the Iowa Academy of Trial Lawyers.
