Overview
Capitalize on Prosecutorial Pressure Points and Blind Spots
Effective criminal defense requires more than knowing the law. It requires understanding how prosecutors actually think, operate, and prioritize cases. In this program, you'll go behind the scenes to see how prosecutors evaluate strength, where they overestimate their position, and which charges truly matter - and which exist primarily as leverage. You'll uncover the discovery gaps built into the system, learn how trial risk is assessed behind closed doors, and identify where prosecutors are most vulnerable. Most importantly, you'll learn how to turn those realities into strategic advantage for your client. Register today!
- Learn which charging decisions are real and which exist primarily as bargaining tools.
- Hear why "open file" discovery is not necessarily complete and where critical gaps arise.
- Discover how underused pretrial motions can disrupt the prosecutor's strategy.
- Find out what actually moves plea numbers and why offers suddenly change.
- Examine trial vulnerabilities prosecutors hope you won't reveal.
