Overview
Practical Uses and Prompts From Intake to Resolution
Insurance carriers and defense attorneys are deploying artificial intelligence right now to evaluate injuries, flag “bad” claims, and pressure faster, cheaper resolutions. Plaintiff-side lawyers who don't adapt risk losing strategic ground. This practice-focused program cuts through the noise and shows personal injury lawyers exactly how to use ChatGPT and other AI tools to work smarter, spot problems earlier, and strengthen case strategy. You'll see real-world use cases, lawyer-ready prompts, and clear guidance on when AI adds value (and where it falls short). Register today!
- Use AI to help surface credibility and damages issues before you commit time and resources.
- Anticipate how insurers are using AI for claim evaluation.
- See how AI can transform dense medical records and other documents into easy-to-read summaries.
- Hear how to use AI to draft and enhance demand letters and litigation documents.
