Speaker bio
David C. Tencza
is an attorney at McLane Middleton, primarily working with clients on family law and criminal related matters. Prior to his time at McLane Middleton, he worked for a smaller Nashua law firm and served as a Superior Court prosecutor in the Hillsborough County Attorney's Office for ten years. In his capacity as a prosecutor, Mr. Tencza was an original member of the Hillsborough County Superior Court Adult Drug Court team, and prosecuted a variety of felony level offenses, including assaults, thefts, the possession and sale of drugs, and computer related crimes. He earned his bachelor's degree from Saint Anselm College and his J.D. degree from Suffolk University Law School. Mr. Tencza is currently president of Nashua Bar Association. He is admitted to practice law in New Hampshire and Massachusetts.

Jessica Arthur
is an attorney with Cape Fear Family Law. Her main areas of practice are divorce and family law. Ms. Arthur is admitted to practice law in North Carolina and is a member of the North Carolina Bar. She earned her J.D. degree from the Appalachian School of Law in Grundy, Virginia.

Waneta E. Ellis
is an attorney at Cape Fear Family Law, focusing her practice on family law. She began her career in the legal field by volunteering as a guardian ad litem in Wilmington for children who needed an advocate in the courtroom. Ms. Ellis served abused, abandoned and neglected children by advocating for their best interests inside and outside of the courtroom. She focuses a large part of her practice on the protections of children and volunteers with the local Latino community offering a free legal clinic to those in need. Ms. Ellis earned her B.A. degree in criminal justice administration from the University of Phoenix and her J.D. degree from Elon University School of Law.
