Alexander D. Paterra
is the principal at The Paterra Law Firm, LLC, where he represents businesses of all sizes, non-profits and tax-exempt organizations, as well as individuals throughout South Carolina and the United States. Mr. Paterra advises and represents his clients on all aspects of labor and employment law. He is licensed to practice in both state and federal courts in South Carolina and North Carolina. Mr. Paterra is a member of the American Bar Association, North Carolina Bar Association, South Carolina Bar (Young Lawyers Division), Mecklenburg County Bar Association, and the Greenville County Bar Association. He earned his B.A. degree from Butler University and J.D. degree from the University of Dayton School of Law.

Richard A. Weintraub
is the owner of Weintraub Law Group PC, where he focuses his practice in the formation of business entities; venture capital transactions; mergers, acquisitions and divestitures; public and private offerings; and debt financing. Mr. Weintraub has also been an instructor of tax and securities law courses at UCLA, University of California San Diego, and the University of San Diego. He has instructed a course entitled "Securities Law Implications for the Emerging Growth Business" at UCSD. is a self-employed attorney and certified public accountant in a general practice law firm in Cherry Hill, New Jersey. His firm has extensive experience in foreclosure prevention, real estate, tax law, and bankruptcy law. Mr. Cherry is admitted to practice in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, federal district courts, bankruptcy court, Federal Court of Appeals, and U.S. Tax Court. He is also qualified as a Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA) in business valuation and a Master Analyst in Financial Forensics (MAFF). Mr. Cherry is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and American Association of Attorney-Certified Public Accountants (AAA-CPA). He earned his J.D. degree from the Delaware Law School of Widener University and his B.B.A. degree from Temple University (Moot Court Honor Society).

Patrick Sullivan
is president and founder of the Law Office of Patrick Sullivan, P.C. His family has been practicing law in Indiana for over 100 years. As a fourth-generation attorney, Mr. Sullivan has had direct exposure to the evolution of the practice of law and to the legal institutions in Indiana. His practice areas include business planning, charitable giving, estate planning, litigation, probate, tax planning and family law. Mr. Sullivan graduated from Georgetown University with a Bachelor's of Science degree in finance and international business. He then obtained his juris doctorate from Indiana University's Robert H. McKinney School of Law. In addition to being an attorney, Mr. Sullivan is a Certified Financial Planning (CfP®) practitioner, Chartered Benefits Consultant (CBC), Professional Plan Consultant (PPC), and licensed insurance agent for life, health and long-term care. He has also served in various leadership capacities, including serving as president of Foundational Insurance Advisors, LLC. Mr. Sullivan also serves on the Echelon Board of the Salvation Army. Over the course of his practice, Mr. Knight has generally focused on personal injury litigation.
