J. Wesley Hisaw
is a shareholder with Holland & Hisaw, where his practice areas include domestic law, personal injury, product liability, corporate law, civil rights lawsuits, estate law, and employment law. He was named one of the Top 40 Under 40 litigation lawyers for the state of Mississippi by the American Society of Legal Advocates and the National Trial Lawyer's Association. Mr. Hisaw was also named a Top Ten Attorney for the state of Mississippi in the area of personal injury by the National Association of Personal Injury Attorneys, and listed as a Premier 100 Attorney by the American Academy of Trial Attorneys. He is licensed to practice in Mississippi and Tennessee, and before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth and Sixth circuits, Northern and Southern districts of Mississippi, and the Western District of Tennessee. Mr. Hisaw is also listed as a Rising Star with Super Lawyers. He earned his undergraduate degree and his J.D. degree from the University of Mississippi.

Jeanne K. Spital
is an attorney, mediator and arbitrator at Upchurch Watson White & Max. Combining her lengthy trial/litigation experience with her creative problem-solving skills, she strives to find win/win solutions. Because of her trial experience, she understands the stressors and unpredictability of jury trials and strongly believes in the mediation process. Mediation provides the parties an opportunity to control their own destiny through innovative and practical solutions without the cost and uncertainty of trial. She has experience handling cases involving personal injury/torts, professional liability, products liability, construction defect, contractual disputes, and copyright. She has represented both plaintiffs and defendants in Florida state and federal courts. She began her career in Maryland’s Office of the Attorney General and has spent the greater part of it in Florida as a civil litigator, becoming a partner at a boutique firm and then of counsel to a large Florida statewide firm. Negotiating was a necessity in her caseload. She is a Florida Supreme Court qualified arbitrator, a Florida Supreme Court certified civil-circuit mediator, and earned her J.D degree from University of Maryland School of Law.

Kelly G. Jones
is a partner at Perez Morris. She has represented clients in over 60 jury trials, dozens of bench trials and hearings or mediations in state and federal courts across Ohio. She has more than 20 years of experience defending commercial transportation including aviation, trucking and rapid response, premises liability, personal injury, and insurance bad faith and coverage matters. Ms. Jones also serves as National Coordinating Counsel for a major Fortune 500 healthcare company handling general liability and commercial transportation matters. She joined the Perez Morris Columbus office in 2022. Prior to joining Perez Morris, Ms. Jones worked at Williams, Moliterno & Scully Co., L.P.A., where she practiced corporate, personal injury, and insurance defense litigation. She represents several top national insurance companies, self-insured corporations, municipal entities, medical, charitable and educational institutions, and businesses and individuals in various civil matters. Ms. Jones frequently lectures on trial skills as a member of the American Board of Trial Attorneys (ABOTA) and the Ohio Association of Civil Trial Attorneys, and previously served as an adjunct professor for first and second year law students in a CORE Lawyering Skills course at Case Western Reserve University. She earned her B.A. degree, cum laude, from The College of Wooster and her J.D. degree from Case Western Reserve University School of Law.
