Tony Arias
is an associate with the Denver office of Holland & Hart LLP, where he helps clients navigate complex and rapidly evolving laws and regulations, deploying industry best practices across AI, privacy, security, consumer finance, and risk management issues. He holds CIPP/US, CIPM, and AIGP certifications from the International Association of Privacy Professionals. With clients ranging from nimble startups to prominent Fortune 500 companies, Mr. Arias provides counsel on U.S. and international privacy, security, and fintech regulatory compliance and contractual matters. As corporate counsel and data privacy officer for a fintech company, he gained valuable experience providing SaaS solutions to top-tier financial institutions. In this role, Mr. Arias negotiated and executed complex, high-value transactions and improved the business’s data management and privacy compliance. He also brings private practice experience representing clients in consumer finance regulatory compliance matters, complex commercial lawsuits, and federal and state government investigations. Beyond his professional commitments, Mr. Arias is deeply involved with his community, serving as a mentor and adopting leadership roles in various professional and civic organizations. He has been instrumental in establishing and distributing scholarship funds for deserving individuals, championing equity in education, and contributing to increased visibility for local artists. Mr. Arias earned his B.A. degree from University of Evansville and his J.D. degree from University of Denver Sturm College of Law.

Diane M. Littlejohn
and Littlejohn Law Offices are an African American woman-powered law firm located in Durham, North Carolina. She is the managing owner and principal of Littlejohn Law Offices PLLC. Ms. Littlejohn earned her J.D. degree from North Carolina Central University School of Law in Durham, North Carolina in 2010 with a certificate in Dispute Resolution. She also serves as the executive director of North Carolina Central University new Technology Law and Policy Center.

Anne Friedman
is a partner with the Los Angeles office of Rimon, P.C. She is a pre-eminent commercial transactions attorney with a technology focus. Ms. Friedman's wide-spanning practice (U.S. domestic and international) includes traditional outsourcings, digital transformation, artificial intelligence, technology integration into sport and entertainment transactions, ERP systems integration and procurement, financial services agreements, software development, data sharing, internet of things, naming and sponsorship rights, M&A transactional support for TSA agreements and related services agreements, soft IP and content licensing (excluding patent), basic data privacy advising, data center agreements, supply chain and distribution, general third party service procurement, joint ventures, profit share arrangements and other general disruptive technology matters. She represents companies and organizations of all sizes, ranging from Fortune 500 entities to start ups, in various sectors including financial services, sports and entertainment, insurance, hospitality, retail, mortgage banking, education and others. Ms. Friedman's functions as both a legal advocate and a key business advisor to clients so that the "legal" provisions of an agreement properly align with the client's business terms and business goals. She has long-standing client relationships because she skillfully integrates the client's business goals into the contract in a manner that minimizes risk as well as complies with the legal requirements. For over a decade, Ms. Friedman has been a leader in technology and commercial transactions. She has spoken about AI as a panelist in a number of venues, most recently at South by Southwest 2025. Ms. Friedman earned her B.A. degree from Louisiana State University and her J.D. degree from Tulane University Law School.

Spencer Rubin
is an associate in Grellas Shah LLP's Corporate practice. He has a proven track record of providing practical, strategic advice and counsel to stakeholders on a variety of corporate and transactional matters in the emerging companies and venture capital ecosystem. Mr. Rubin advises clients on a range of complex transactions, including corporate governance, equity financings, and mergers and acquisitions, and works with startups and established companies alike to guide them through every stage of growth. Before joining Grellas Shah, he practiced at Fortis Law Partners, Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner LLP, and Sherman & Howard LLC, where he represented clients across industries such as technology, financial services, manufacturing, and entertainment. Mr. Rubin's experience includes counseling companies on M&A transactions, data privacy and security compliance, and intellectual property matters, as well as serving as lead counsel on multimillion-dollar acquisitions. He earned his his B.S. degree, summa cum laude, from Tufts University and his J.D. degree from the University of Colorado Law School, where he won the Federal Communications Bar Association Moot Court National Championship.

Joshua C. Offenhartz
is an attorney with Offenhartz Law PLLC. He is a business attorney who represents clients in the finance, medical, construction, real estate and culinary industries. Mr. Offenhartz has significant experience managing all phases of litigation, including preliminary investigations, discovery, depositions, settlement negotiations, mediation, motions for summary judgment, trial and appeals. Additionally, he serves as outside counsel for several small, medium and growing businesses that need day-to-day legal advice for their growing companies. Mr. Offenhartz is a member of Madison School District's Financial Advisory Board and a board member of the Desert States Region of Jewish National Fund. He supports the Phoenix Art Museum as a member of the Men's Art Council, and helps others by volunteering with Big Brothers and Big Sisters of Arizona, Saint Mary's Food Bank and the Wounded Warrior Project. Mr. Offenhartz earned his B.S. degree in public administration from the University of Arizona, and his master's and J.D. degrees from Arizona State University. He is licensed to practice law in Arizona; Southern District Court, District of Arizona; and Southern Court of Appeals, Ninth Circuit.
