Kristina T. Larry
Esq., CIPP/US, AIGP is a true solo attorney for her firm Sassy Litigations, LLC, where she practices trademark, small business, cybersecurity, and data privacy law. She holds a CIPP/US certification, which is the global gold standard for privacy professionals. Ms. Larry also has a professional cybersecurity certification from Google and has earned certificates in the areas of AI and blockchain technology. She also created the legal sub brands, the Prenup Princess and The Seattle Wedding Lawyer. In addition to running her firm, Ms. Larry is a former lecturer at the University of Washington School of Law. She has served on many boards, including the Washington State Bar Foundation, Washington State Bar Association (WSBA) Solo and Small Practice Section Executive Committee, and currently on the Board of Governors for the WSBA. In 2018, Ms. Larry was named as one the 40 Under 40 by South Sound Business magazine. She completed her undergraduate work at the University of Wyoming and earned her J.D. degree at the HBCU Thurgood Marshall School of Law at Texas Southern University.

Anthony R. Minchella
is the managing partner at the law firm of Minchella & Associates, LLC in Middlebury, Connecticut. He represents Fortune 50 financial services companies, physician groups, healthcare providers, small and large specialty products companies, and contractors. The principals and general counsel of these companies turn to Mr. Minchella and his firm to represent their interests in corporate governance, employment litigation, trade secret and non-competition litigation, unfair trade practice claims, department of labor investigations, and construction litigation. Sometimes, these companies choose Mr. Minchella as a trusted advisor and attorney to represent the company as local counsel in Connecticut state and federal court. He also represents corporate shareholders and LLC members in member and shareholder litigation, including dissolution and receivership actions that typically involve breach of fiduciary duty claims. Mr. Minchella's practice also involves representing individuals, including professionals and executives in employment, real estate litigation and other matters. Michael J. Gorby
is a founder and partner with Gorby Peters Law. He is a nationally recognized leader in complex corporate disputes, professional negligence cases, and liability issues that arise for property owners and managers, such as hotel chains, restaurants, shopping centers, apartment complexes, office buildings and other public venues. Since 1998, Mr. Gorby has served as the program chair for the Institute of Continuing Legal Education in Georgia (an affiliate of the University of Georgia), on the topic of premises liability. He is also the author of a popular legal treatise, Premises Liability in Georgia, which is published by Thomson Reuters/West, and which is now in its third edition. Mr. Gorby serves as an instructor/lecturer for Georgia Tech Procurement Assistance Center (GTPAC) in the area of procuring government contracts, and is also a registered mediator. He earned his B.A. degree from Georgia State University and his J.D. degree from the University of Georgia School of Law.

Kevin J. Kiernan
is a founding partner of Silva, Kiernan & Associates, PLLC, where he concentrates the majority of his practice on criminal defense, DWI and bankruptcy matters. Prior to joining Matthew Silva in private practice, Mr. Kiernan had been a successful prosecutor in North Carolina's Fourth Prosecutorial District, which is comprised of Onslow, Jones, Sampson and Duplin counties. He earned his B.S. degree, magna cum laude, from North Carolina State University (NCSU) and his J.D. degree from Indiana University School of Law. While he completed his studies at NCSU, Mr. Kiernan worked as a teaching assistant in computer ethics and continued to work full-time as a software developer at CISYS LifeSciences, Inc., where he spent most of his time enhancing software specifically designed for the monitoring of the processes and outcomes of diabetes care. While at Indiana University, Mr. Kiernan focused his studies on the legal aspects of technology and science, criminal law and trial advocacy. He participated in Moot Court competitions at IU and at Columbia University. Mr. Kiernan was also a member of the Trial Team, where part of his responsibilities were to assist in educating and mentoring newer students in the area of trial advocacy. He excelled in legal research and writing and ultimately earned the coveted "A*" (highest grade in class) in his pre trial litigation course, which focused on thorough preparation, knowledge of the law and procedure, and negotiations with adverse parties. Mr. Kiernan has served as the State Bar Councilor for the Fifth District since 2019; is a local member of the attorney network for the United States Concealed Carry Association (U.S.C.C.A.); is a present member of the National College for DUI Defense; has successfully completed National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) recognized DWI Detection and Standardized Field Sobriety Testing (SFST); has successfully completed NHTSA recognized Advanced Roadside Impaired Driving Enforcement (ARIDE); has successfully completed NHTSA and International Association of Chiefs of Police recognized the DWI Detection and SFST Instructor Development Course, which now allows him to serve as an instructor for the NHTSA recognized DWI Detection and Standardized Field Sobriety Testing course; has twice been a guest lecturer at Campbell University's Norman A. Wiggins School of Law; has served as the president of the Sampson County Bar for 2014 and 2015; and was invited to be a presiding judge at the American Mock Trial Association's Regional Tournament at Furman University in 2015.

Stephanie K. Burnham
has been presenting and explaining estate planning concepts to assist people in planning for the future of their families since 2001. Burnham Legal, PLLC is a New Hampshire-based law firm offering clients individualized advice on estate planning strategies. Since 2001, Ms. Burnham has been advising clients in New Hampshire and Massachusetts on their options for transferring their assets to the next generation, structuring their planning to protect their assets, and assisting clients with the tools to meet their goals and needs for their family. As a member of the New Hampshire Bar Association, she has spent 16+ years on the Ethics Committee. The New Hampshire Bar Association’s Ethics Committee is dedicated to providing guidance to members of the New Hampshire Bar and Judiciary on issues and questions related to the Rules of Professional Conduct. These rules are what all licensed attorneys must follow in order to remain licensed to practice law in the state of New Hampshire. Ms. Burnham has been serving as chair of that committee since 2020. She also serves as faculty for continuing legal education seminars for the New Hampshire Bar Association, National Business Institute and CATIC, lecturing fellow attorneys on areas of estate planning, elder law, probate and trust administration, and ethics topics. Ms. Burnham earned her B.S. degree from the University of New Hampshire and her J.D. degree from Western New England University (formerly Western New England College). She is a member of the New Hampshire Bar Association Elder Law, Estate Planning & Probate Section, New Hampshire Bar Association Ethics Committee and NAELA, the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys. Mrs. Burnham is admitted to practice in New Hampshire state and federal courts and Massachusetts state and federal courts.
