Megan Arnold
is a California-licensed attorney with Graham Trial Lawyers PLLC. Her work focuses on plaintiff-side insurance litigation, including MIST cases, disputes involving pre-existing injuries, and strategies for opening limited insurance policies. She brings a practical perspective shaped by years working in a plaintiff’s practice while attending law school at night and continues to focus on maximizing recovery and identifying bad faith exposure in injury cases.

Kevin T. Knight
is a partner in the law offices of DSK Law. He is board-certified as a trial lawyer by both The Florida Bar and the National Board of Trial Advocacy. Over the course of his practice, Mr. Knight has generally focused on personal injury litigation. He earned his B.S.B.A. degree, summa cum laude, from the University of Central Florida and his J.D. degree from Stetson University College of Law.

Paul A. Tharp
is an attorney with the law firm of Arnold & Smith, PLLC, in Charlotte. Mr. Tharp is an experienced trial attorney who has tried bench and jury trials in state, federal, and administrative courts in North Carolina. He mainly focuses his practice on all manner of personal injury cases, and civil rights and post-conviction actions and appeals. Mr. Tharp earned his B.A. degree from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington and his J.D. degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He is a member of the North Carolina State Bar, the Gaston County Bar, the Bar of the Supreme Court of the United States, the North Carolina Bar Association and the North Carolina Advocates for Justice.
