John E. Dunlap
is a sole practitioner with Law Offices of John E. Dunlap in Memphis, where he is board-certified by the Tennessee Continuing Legal Education and Specialization Commission in consumer bankruptcy. Mr. Dunlap's main areas of practice include bankruptcy, workers' compensation, personal injury, ERISA litigation, and Social Security disability. He is admitted to practice before the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals and the U.S. Supreme Court. Mr. Dunlap is a member of the Memphis and American bar associations, as well as the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys. He earned his B.A. degree from the University of Tennessee at Knoxville and his J.D. degree from the University of Memphis.

Sonia J. Buck
is an attorney at the firm of Pierce Atwood LLP. Her practice areas include foreclosures, loan restructuring, creditors' rights, collection and bankruptcy. Ms. Buck is a trained mediator and has mediated for Maine's Foreclosure Diversion program. She has written several articles for American Bar Association publications and has also published a book, Movie Therapy for Law Students. Ms. Buck has been adjunct faculty at Kaplan University, where she has taught paralegal and business classes. She earned her B.A. degree, cum laude, from the University of Southern Maine and her J.D. degree, magna cum laude, from the University of Maine School of Law.

Thomas Dyer
is a litigation associate in the consumer financial services litigation practice group at Stradley Ronon Stevens & Young, LLP in its Philadelphia, Pennsylvania office. Mr. Dyer represents financial institutions and mortgage servicers in a wide range of real estate, default servicing and civil litigation matters. Well-versed in the complexities of creditor rights and foreclosure litigation, Mr. Dyer primarily focuses his practice on mortgage and mortgage-servicing litigation. He also regularly counsels’ clients on collection-related issues, including recovery efforts. He helps clients navigate foreclosures, title claims, Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act (RESPA), Truth in Lending Act (TILA), and Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA) disputes. Mr. Dyer is currently licensed to practice in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Wyoming, and Texas. He earned his undergraduate degree from Saint Joseph’s University and his J.D. from Widener University Commonwealth Law School.

Trevor B. Reid
is the president of the Richmond law firm of Parker, Pollard, Wilton & Peaden, P.C., practicing in the areas of commercial real estate, business law and civil litigation. He represents individual and institutional clients in a wide range of real estate related matters, including commercial real estate transactions, easement disputes, and resolution of title defects. Mr. Reid also represents secured lenders and other creditors in loan workouts, foreclosures, and bankruptcy. He has been a member of the Board of Directors of the Henrico County Bar Association since 2021. Mr. Reid is also a member of the Virginia State Bar, Richmond Bar Association and John Marshall Inn of Court. He earned his B.A. degree from Gonzaga University and his J.D. degree from the University of Richmond.

Charles R. Gallagher, III
is a managing partner with Gallagher & Associates Law Firm, P.A., where his current practice focuses on insurance litigation, foreclosure defense, real estate litigation, and consumer law. Mr. Gallagher is a member of The Florida Bar, St. Petersburg Bar Association and American Bar Association. He is currently the vice-chair of the Programs Board of the American Bar Association's Solo, Small Firm and General Practice Division. Mr. Gallagher is currently admitted to practice before all courts in Florida; as well as the U.S. Court of Appeals, Eleventh Circuit; U.S. Supreme Court; U.S. District Court, Middle and Northern districts of Florida; and U.S. Tax Court. He graduated from Rollins College in Winter Park, Florida with a degree in politics and earned his J.D. degree from Stetson University College of Law.
