Agenda

All times are shown in
  1. The New Playing Field: Case Law and Other Can't-Miss Developments

Hear from our keynote on the forces reshaping practice in 2026, including AI-assisted liability (autonomous vehicles, electronic medical records). Faculty will then move into a round robin, with each speaker delivering a rapid-fire update on must-know cases from the past year and what they mean for practice.

  2. Countering AI-Driven Claim Valuation and Defensive Reserving

As insurance carriers increasingly rely on AI to evaluate claims and set reserves, settlement dynamics are changing. This session explores how AI-driven valuation and defensive reserving impact leverage, exposure, and bad faith risk - and offers practical strategies for responding when the number is driven by a model rather than the merits.

  3. The Nuclear Verdict Era: Pain and Suffering Advocacy and Reptile Strategy

Explore how social inflation, aggressive litigation tactics, generational shifts, and the evolving use of Reptile Theory are driving bigger verdicts - and, consequently, larger settlements. Join faculty for a tactical conversation about how to control verdict values in a changing climate, with a focus on plaintiff's counsel strategy, defense countermeasures, and the power of language in framing pain and suffering.

  4. Artificial Intelligence in Personal Injury Practice: Practical Use Cases and Prompts (With Demos)

Learn how to use AI to turn thousands of pages of medical records into clean, compelling chronologies that highlight causation, treatment progression, and future care needs. Discover how AI tools can strengthen demand packages by identifying damages themes, organizing supporting evidence, and framing narratives that resonate with adjusters - along with additional practical applications you can implement immediately.

  5. Evidence in the Modern Injury Case: Data, Diagnostics, and Admissibility

As vehicles become data hubs and medical science advances at breakneck speed, the modern injury case is increasingly built on technology. This session explores how to collect and admit electronic evidence - cell phone metadata, vehicle telematics, wearable-device data, cloud records, and AI-generated logs - alongside cutting-edge medical developments such as advanced imaging, blood biomarkers, and pain tracking.

  6. Legislative Threats, Liens, and Litigation Trends: What's Next for Personal Injury Practice

This closing session explores the external pressures reshaping personal injury practice, from tort reform efforts to increasingly aggressive Medicare and Medicaid lien recovery. Faculty will discuss how these shifts will affect case value, settlement strategy, and client recovery in the years ahead - and what you should be doing now to adapt.

Who Should Attend

Whether you represent injured plaintiffs or insurers and defendants, this summit delivers the strategic insight needed to compete - and win - in today's high-stakes injury environment.
