is a partner with Kane Kessler, P.C. in New York, New York. He is in the firm's Litigation Practice Group with extensive experience litigating complex commercial matters in state and federal court including contract and shareholder disputes, business divorces, employment litigation, real estate disputes, copyright infringement and regulatory matters before the Securities and Exchange Commission, Federal Trade Commission and Consumer Product Safety Commission. Mr. Sabin is a "hands-on" litigator skilled in all aspects of litigation including trial, arbitration, restraining orders/injunctions, oral argument, motion practice, appellate practice, depositions, electronic-discovery and expert witnesses. He is a member of the firm's Technology and Artificial Intelligence Committees. Mr. Sabin's previous engagements include serving as co-lead counsel for a financial consulting firm in a one-week jury trial, representing one of the largest crypto-currency exchanges in a fraud action involving the misappropriation of millions in crypto-currency, defending an internationally renowned hotel and restaurant design firm in an arbitration involving breach of contract and breach of fiduciary duty claims and successfully obtaining the post-trial dismissal of a million dollar federal jury verdict for a national over-the-counter supplement brand. He earned his B.A. degree from Tufts University, his M.A. degree from New York University and his J.D. degree, magna cum laude, from Brooklyn Law School.

is a partner in the Construction Law practice at Peckar & Abramson, P.C. and chair of the firm's Cyber Security & Data Privacy practice. He counsels some of the country's largest general contractors, construction managers, and owners in all aspects of construction dispute resolution, including claims involving breach of contract, construction defects, design defects, schedule-and-impact delays, mechanic's liens, surety bonds and insurance, and counsels clients in all matters concerning cyber security and data privacy. Mr. Volack's practice encompasses dispute resolution through mediation, arbitration and, when necessary, litigation. He also counsels clients on litigation avoidance practices, risk management, project planning and contract negotiation in relation to construction projects, both in both domestic and international settings. In 2021, Mr. Volack completed FIDIC Certified Course Module 2: Claims and Disputes Resolution. He is a frequent lecturer on construction insurance, risk management, the New York Mechanic's Lien Law, e-discovery and electronically stored information (ESI) issues as they relate to construction litigation. Mr. Volack earned his B.S. degree from the University of Scranton, his Master of Arts degree from the Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Policy at Syracuse University and his J.D. degree from Syracuse University College of Law, where he served as the business editor for the Journal of International Law and Commerce. He has successfully represented lawyers, accountants, physicians, and other professionals in cases arising from legal areas such as medical malpractice, commercial litigation, commercial/secured transactions, securities law, employment law, intellectual property, insurance coverage, real estate, family law, personal injury, construction litigation, and trusts and estates law. Mr. Barham also represents professionals in disciplinary matters and other administrative proceedings. He is a proud alumnus of the University of Virginia and St. John's University School of Law, where he competed with the Moot Court Honor Society and served as Symposium Editor for the Journal of Civil Rights and Economic Development. Prior to joining FKB, Mr. Barham was a litigation associate with a New York City-based defense firm, where he defended hospitals, physicians and other healthcare professionals in complex, high-exposure medical malpractice cases. From 2015 to 2020, she honed her expertise as a drafter and practicing estate planning attorney, cultivating a deep appreciation for the art and technical precision involved in drafting estate plans.
