Speaker bio
Ahmad H. Malik
is an attorney at Feinstein Doyle Payne & Kravec, LLC, where he represents plaintiffs in complex class action litigation with a focus on public-interest advocacy. Mr. Malik brings significant federal court experience to his practice, having spent several years clerking at both the trial and appellate levels, including with the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit and U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania, where he worked closely with multiple judges on a wide range of civil and criminal matters. He later served as a term clerk to Magistrate Judge Patricia Dodge and District Judge Cathy Bissoon, gaining valuable insight into judicial decision-making, litigation strategy, and legal writing. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Malik practiced as an intellectual property litigation associate at an international law firm in Washington, D.C., where he handled complex patent disputes involving advanced technologies and sophisticated corporate clients. His background also informs his commitment to advocacy, shaped in part by his personal experience as the son of immigrants who fled religious persecution, which reinforces his dedication to using the law as a tool to protect vulnerable communities and promote equity. Mr. Malik is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and the District of Columbia and is registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. He earned J.D. degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law and his undergraduate degree in Cell and Molecular Biology from the University of Michigan.
