Anthony C. Sunseri
is a partner with Burns White LLC, where he has been a litigator there for more two decades. He has been representing corporate entities, professionals, and individuals in a variety of matters with emphasis on health care law, employment litigation and professional liability matters. Mr. Sunseri is admitted to practice in both Pennsylvania and West Virginia. He is a member of the American Bar Association, the Pennsylvania Bar Association, and the Defense Research Institute. Mr. Sunseri earned his B.S. degree from the University of Pittsburgh and J.D. degree from Duquesne University School of Law.

David Gabor
is a partner with The Wagner Law Group where he focuses his practice in human resources consulting; which includes drafting policies, negotiation of contracts, training employees, representing employers during audits, and overseeing ADA compliance for websites. Mr. Gabor handles litigation in federal and state courts and at arbitrations in issues arising out of the employer-employee relationship. He also maintains an appellate practice. Mr. Gabor is a member of multiple professional organizations, including the New York State and Massachusetts bar associations, Northeast Human Resources Association, Society for Human Resource Management, and Labor and Employment Law Committee. He earned his B.A. degree from the University of Michigan and his J.D. degree from Touro College Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Centre.

is the managing attorney of Jones & Kelly Legal Services, LLC in Calhoun, GA. She practices in the areas of real estate litigation, closings, probate and civil litigation. She has been practicing more than 23 years. Ms. Kelly earned her B.S. in Paralegal Studies from the University of Memphis and later her J.D. degree also from The University of Memphis - Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law.

Maurizio Savoiardo
is an attorney at Miranda Slone Sklarin Verveniotis LLP. He practices in tort defense, including construction accident, premises, and automobile/trucker accidents. Mr. Savoiardo has also served as defense counsel to private and public entities, including Fortune 500 Companies in the defense of employment law matters throughout the state and federal courts. These include claims under Title VII, FMLA, ADEA, ADA, COBRA, constitutional torts and claims filed with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, New York State Division of Human Rights, and New York City Commission on Human Rights. Additionally, he has significant experience drafting and litigating employment contracts, restrictive covenants, severance agreements and advising clients on human resources policies and procedures. is an attorney with the law firm of Kronick Moskovitz Tiedemann & Girard, where he practices labor and employment law. He defends employers against race, sex and disability discrimination and harassment claims, as well as wage claims in both federal and state courts. Mr. Onstott earned his B.A. degree, magna cum laude, from Brigham Young University and his J.D. degree, with high honors, from the University of Texas School of Law.

Winston West, IV
is an attorney at Jackson Lewis in Richmond, Virginia. He provides excellent service in employment, business, and data privacy matters. Mr. West is focused on providing insights to clients on the ever-shifting artificial intelligence regulatory and legal landscape while providing legal assistance to issues affecting clients now. He developed his skills as a litigator in the state and federal trial courts of Virginia - particularly the "Rocket Docket" in the Eastern District of Virginia. On his first day of licensure in Virginia, he defeated a motion to strike the evidence, leading to a jury deciding the case, advocated for a favorable set of jury instructions for his client, and gained a jury verdict equal to the statutory cap for such claims. Mr. West earned his B.S. degree from University of Richmond and his J.D. degree from Washington and Lee University School of Law.
