Mark R. Waterfill
is the owner of Mark R. Waterfill Attorney at Law, P.C. and practices in the areas of employment law and commercial litigation. He is widely recognized in the field of employment law and has tried numerous commercial disputes in state and federal court. Mr. Waterfill has lectured and written extensively on a variety of employment law topics. He has been listed in Indiana Super Lawyers; and is a member of the Indianapolis Bar Association (Board of Managers; distinguished fellow), Indianapolis Bar Foundation (board president), Indiana State Bar Association (chair, Labor and Employment Council) and American Bar Association. Mr. Waterfill earned his B.S. degree, magna cum laude, from Hanover College and his J.D. degree from Indiana University School of Law at Bloomington.

Mary Stewart Nelson
is a member of the Birmingham law firm Fish Nelson & Holden, LLC. Her expertise focuses on corporate law, contracts, insurance, and real property. Ms. Nelson leads the law firm's Real Property & Corporate divisions, offering legal services such as real estate closings, corporate formation and management, and transactional work. She also leads the law firm's Mediation Center, as a civil and appellate mediator on the State Roster for the Alabama Center of Dispute Resolution. Ms. Nelson earned her Juris Doctor degree from The University of Alabama School of Law. While in law school, she was a member of the John A. Campbell Moot Court Board and served as a managing editor on the Law & Psychology Review. She was also inducted into the Bench & Bar Honor Society. Prior to law school, Ms. Nelson attended Birmingham-Southern College, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree, with a distinction in leadership studies. Currently, she is a member of the Alabama State Bar and Birmingham Bar Association.

Frank X. Wukovits
practices with the firm's tech, privacy and data innovations group, and corporate and securities group. He dedicates his practice to working with entities at the intersection of law, business, and emerging technologies, ranging from startups, emerging growth companies, private companies and Fortune 500 companies to private equity funds, venture capital funds, corporate VCs, family offices, and angel investors that invest in those companies. He regularly advises on, negotiates, and drafts a myriad of agreements involving application development, end user licenses, Software-as-a-Service (SaaS), Payments-as-a-Service (PaaS), secure cloud computing, mobile computing, information technology, data licensing, e-commerce, AdTech, marketing tech, and healthcare with service providers, vendors, partners, developers, business associates, manufacturers, suppliers, customers and other entities. His speaking engagements include presentations for board members, executives, in-house counsel, managers, industry experts, attorneys, and law students in the realm of data security and privacy, risk management, current and trending issues, threat analysis, cost benefit analysis, and compliance. Prior to joining CSG Law, Mr. Wukovits litigated complex disputes in federal, state, appellate, and arbitration proceedings ranging from contract disputes to class actions and federal Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act (RICO) claims. William A. McComas
is a partner at the Maryland law firm of Jensen & McComas, LLC. He concentrates on assisting entrepreneurs, investors and companies of all sizes in acquiring, financing, commercializing and protection emerging technology. Mr. McComas represents companies on complex business transactions, including mergers, acquisition, strategic alliances, financings, venture-capital investments, management and disposition of emerging technology, and general corporate matters. He earned his B.A. degree from Brown University and his J.D. degree, cum laude, from the University of Baltimore School of Law. Mr. McComas is a speaker and panelist at many forums for business, technology and industry professionals and has written and testified extensively on policies and business involving the convergence of technology, business and law. He is a frequent business and technology law columnist for publications such as the Legal Times, National Law Journal, Baltimore Business Journal, The Daily Record and Washington Business Journal, among others.

Eduardo V. Martinez
is in self-practice with a primary focus in mediation, as well as contractual and business law, which he also teaches. He retired as a Captain from the U.S. Navy after 30 years and still consults on matters of national security. Dr. Martinez is currently on staff at Angelo State University, where he teaches intelligence and security studies. He is also on the Editorial Board of the Journal of Homeland and National Security Perspectives. Dr. Martinez has written articles involving transportation security and maritime cyberterrorism. He is a former special assistant attorney general for the state of Mississippi, and admitted to all Mississippi state and federal courts, Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals, U.S. Court of Military Appeals, U.S. Court of International Trade, and U.S. Supreme Court. Dr. Martinez earned his B.A. degree in government from the University of Texas, his M.A. degree in legal studies from Antioch University, his M.S.S. degree from the U.S. Army War College and his J.D. degree from the Mississippi College School of Law.

John M. Samberg
is a partner based in the Samberg Law's Reno office. He holds a Martindale-Hubbell AV rating, and is a member of the Bars of California, Nevada, and England and Wales. Mr. Samberg actively practices in both California and Nevada. In more than 40 years of lawyering, he has handled commercial, construction, and bankruptcy litigation, real estate disputes, creditor's rights, and tort cases in state, federal and bankruptcy courts across the country. Mr. Samberg has extensive experience handling automobile, motorcycle, train, and trucking personal injury and wrongful death matters. His commercial litigation practice includes complex commercial collections, as well as Chapter 11 and Chapter 7 adversary actions. Mr. Samberg's real estate litigation experience encompasses transactional disputes, as well as both commercial and residential construction defect claims. His arbitration, mediation, bench, and jury trial experience includes major injury, wrongful death, bankruptcy, and commercial litigation cases. From 1985 through 2007, Mr. Samberg was a founding member of a boutique civil litigation and trial practice in Los Angeles, handling commercial litigation and major injury/wrongful death cases. He was responsible for negotiating and documenting major customer contracts, regulatory and trade license compliance, credit and mechanic's lien counsel in major cases, and management of outside counsel. Before entering the practice of law, Mr. Samberg was a licensed private investigator. That background and training has proven invaluable in his litigation and trial practice. Mr. Samberg earned his undergraduate degree from UCLA, and is a magna cum laude graduate of Southwestern University School of Law. As a Dean's Scholar, among other honors and achievements, he earned numerous American Jurisprudence Awards, and two national moot court championships. Upon graduating fourth in his class, Mr. Samberg received the ABOTA Award for Excellence in Preparation for Trial Practice of Law (sole recipient from the graduating class), and admission to the National Chapter of the Order of Barristers. He is a strong proponent of pro bono service, and is a frequent speaker at educational seminars. In his spare time Mr. Samberg enjoys many outdoor activities, including off and on road motorcycling, and bicycling. He is also a NAUI divemaster emeritus.
