He regularly advises on, negotiates, and drafts a myriad of agreements involving application development, end user licenses, Software-as-a-Service (SaaS), Payments-as-a-Service (PaaS), secure cloud computing, mobile computing, information technology, data licensing, e-commerce, AdTech, marketing tech, and healthcare with service providers, vendors, partners, developers, business associates, manufacturers, suppliers, customers and other entities. His speaking engagements include presentations for board members, executives, in-house counsel, managers, industry experts, attorneys, and law students in the realm of data security and privacy, risk management, current and trending issues, threat analysis, cost benefit analysis, and compliance. Prior to joining CSG Law, Mr. Wukovits litigated complex disputes in federal, state, appellate, and arbitration proceedings ranging from contract disputes to class actions and federal Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act (RICO) claims. He received his Juris Doctorate from Seton Hall University School of Law, with a concentration in data privacy & security. Mr. Wukovits also earned his Masters of Engineering from The George Washington University - School of Engineering and Applied Science, with a concentration in cybersecurity policy and compliance. He earned his Bachelor of Arts in political science from Colgate University.

She was previously in private practice for many years, where she practiced in the areas of estate planning and elder law. Ms. Barnes earned her B.A. degree from Edgewood College and her J.D. degree from Marquette University Law School. Her professional memberships include the State Bar of Wisconsin, Dane County Bar Association, Legal Association of Women, and the Madison Estate Planning Council. Ms. Barnes serves on a number of non-profit boards, is a frequent speaker at various continuing legal education seminars, and has served as adjunct faculty at the University of Wisconsin-Madison and Marquette University Law School. She is admitted to practice in the state of Wisconsin.

is a native Virginian and an attorney at Burnett & Williams, PC. He has practiced law in Virginia for 15 years and joined the firm's Leesburg office in 2014. Throughout his tenure, he has successfully resolved numerous cases exceeding one million dollars, and many more valued in the hundreds of thousands. He navigates legal matters through negotiation, mediation, and litigation, always seeking creative solutions to client challenges. Mr. Lindberg routinely has the privilege of representing practicing attorneys, executives, and medical providers. He is an active member of the Virginia State Bar and the Virginia Trial Lawyers Association. He serves on the Board of Directors for the Loudoun County Bar Association, as well as the Virginia State Bar's Technology and Future of Law Committee. His commitment to legal education includes past service in the Rule of Law Foundation, and volunteer judging at high school and collegiate-level mock trial competitions. Additionally, Mr. Lindberg has delivered numerous presentations to physicians on medical malpractice and has been featured in Virginia Lawyers Weekly. His work has also been published in the Virginia Lawyer magazine. He graduated magna cum laude from Syracuse University with a Bachelor of Arts before earning his Juris Doctor from Syracuse University College of Law. Outside of his legal practice, Mr. Lindberg enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters in Ashburn. He is also a Loudoun Soccer Club youth coach.

How do I access my courses?

Do you have options for attendees who are deaf or hard of hearing?

What happens if my course is cancelled?
In the unlikely event that NBI cancels or reschedules an upcoming program, each registered attendee will be contacted via email by a representative of NBI. Outreach to attendees begins as soon as NBI is made aware that a program will not move forward at its originally scheduled date and time.
Are multiple attendee discounts available?
Yes, the more people you bring from your organization, the more you save. After the first registration, each additional attendee receives a special discount off of their total tuition.
When will the OnDemand be available and how long will I have access to the content?
The OnDemand Video will be available to stream within 7 days of live broadcast date. You will have access to the content for 6 months in your account. If you’re a subscriber, you’ll have access to your course recordings until 7 days after the expiration date of the subscription.
