Douglas L. Lineberry
is a shareholder with Maynard Nexsen. Whether he is assisting clients with the protection of intellectual property through patent, trademark, and copyright prosecution, or intellectual property litigation, he focuses on building relationships founded on trust and constant communication. Mr. Lineberry successfully prosecutes patent applications for mechanical, medical, and chemical technologies. He helps clients with establishing and protecting trademark portfolios, guarding against improper third-party use, and conducting enforcement actions. Mr. Lineberry advises his clients on all matters involving intellectual property, trade secrets, branding and marketing issues, and contractual and other business matters. He also works with mid-level companies within the biotech industry. This gives Mr. Lineberry the opportunity to use his broad connections to help bring their inventions to market safely while protecting their intellectual property every step of the way. He is a member of the South Carolina Bar, American Bar Association, Greenville Bar Association, Trademark & Copyright Law Association and The Carolina Patent Trademark Copyright Law Association. Mr. Lineberry earned his B.A. degree from Emory & Henry College and his J.D. degree from Mercer University School of Law.

Mary Stewart Nelson
is a member of the Birmingham law firm Fish Nelson & Holden, LLC. Her expertise focuses on corporate law, contracts, insurance, and real property. Ms. Nelson leads the law firm's Real Property & Corporate divisions, offering legal services such as real estate closings, corporate formation and management, and transactional work. She also leads the law firm's Mediation Center, as a civil and appellate mediator on the State Roster for the Alabama Center of Dispute Resolution. Ms. Nelson earned her Juris Doctor degree from The University of Alabama School of Law. While in law school, she was a member of the John A. Campbell Moot Court Board and served as a managing editor on the Law & Psychology Review. She was also inducted into the Bench & Bar Honor Society. Prior to law school, Ms. Nelson attended Birmingham-Southern College, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree, with a distinction in leadership studies. Currently, she is a member of the Alabama State Bar and Birmingham Bar Association.

Craig P. Wagnild
is the managing partner at the Honolulu law firm of Lung Rose Voss Wagnild, where he serves as chair of the firm's Transactional Law Department. He concentrates his practice in business entities and corporate law, real estate transactions, commercial leasing, real estate development, real estate finance, general business, and international business transactions. Mr. Wagnild was a co-editor and co-author of the Hawaii Business Entity Forms Manual (HSBA 2007), and regularly assists clients in structuring and forming limited liability companies and other business entities. He was recognized in Best Lawyers® as Lawyer of the Year for Business Organizations (including LLCs and partnerships) in 2014 and again in 2022, and as Lawyer of the Year for Real Estate in 2023. Mr. Wagnild has been repeatedly recognized in the areas of business organizations, corporate law and real estate law. He is a member of the Hawaii State Bar Association, Washington State Bar Association, American Bar Association and Japan-America Society of Hawaii. Mr. Wagnild served as the 2013 president of the Hawaii State Bar Association, and has served as chair of both the Business Law and the International Law sections of the Hawaii Bar. Mr. Wagnild and his wife Debbie live in Kaneohe, Hawaii and have two boys, Parker (20) and Zachary (16).

John M. Blanchard
is an associate at the Honolulu law firm of Lung Rose Voss Wagnild. His areas of practice include business entities and corporate law, real estate transactions, commercial leasing, real estate development, real estate finance, general business, and international business transactions. Mr. Blanchard obtained his law degree, cum laude, from the University of Hawai‘i at Mānoa, William S. Richardson School of Law. He is a member of the Hawaii State Bar Association and the American Bar Association. While attending law school, Mr. Blanchard obtained a certificate in environmental law, served as managing editor for the University of Hawai'i Law Review, and received CALI Excellence for the Future Awards for the highest grades in contract drafting and legal research. Before joining his current firm, Mr. Blanchard practiced at another Honolulu firm representing lenders in commercial financing, as well as other real estate and development matters. Before obtaining his law degree, he worked in business development and legal marketing for an international law firm. Mr. Blanchard and his wife Anna live on the Island of Oahu, Hawaii, where they enjoy hiking, the beach, and all things outside with their two dogs.

Gerald A. Connor
is a partner and trial attorney in the Scranton, Pennsylvania office of Margolis Edelstein, a full service multi-state litigation provider to the insurance industry, major corporations and governmental entities. He focuses his practice on casualty litigation, ranging from automobile and general liability claims to products liability, construction litigation and workers' compensation claims. Mr. Connor also has extensive experience in commercial litigation, intellectual property issues, municipal claims, and employment law. He has handled dozens of trials, administrative hearings and arbitrations to verdict, and is active at the appellate level in both state and federal court. Mr. Connor is a member of the Lackawanna County and Pennsylvania bar associations. He earned his B.A. degree from the University of Pennsylvania and his J.D. degree from Widener University School of Law.
