Richard R. Volack
is a partner in the construction law practice at Peckar & Abramson, P.C. and chair of the firm's cyber security and data privacy practice. He counsels some of the country's largest general contractors, construction managers, and owners in all aspects of construction dispute resolution, including claims involving breach of contract, construction defects, design defects, schedule-and-impact delays, mechanic's liens, surety bonds and insurance, and counsels clients in all matters concerning cyber security and data privacy. Mr. Volack's practice encompasses dispute resolution through mediation, arbitration and, when necessary, litigation. He also counsels clients on litigation avoidance practices, risk management, project planning and contract negotiation in relation to construction projects, both in both domestic and international settings. In 2021, Mr. Volack completed FIDIC Certified Course Module 2: Claims and Disputes Resolution. He is a frequent lecturer on construction insurance, risk management, the New York Mechanic's Lien Law, e-discovery and electronically stored information (ESI) issues as they relate to construction litigation. Mr. Volack earned his B.S. degree from the University of Scranton, his Master of Arts degree from the Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Policy at Syracuse University and his J.D. degree from Syracuse University College of Law, where he served as the business editor for the Journal of International Law and Commerce. He is the past chairman and past secretary of the Construction Law Committee of the New York City Bar Association and a member of the Construction Law section of the American Bar Association. Mr. Volack is admitted to practice in the states of New York and Connecticut, U.S. District Court for the Southern and Eastern districts of New York and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit.

Douglas L. Lineberry
is a shareholder with Maynard Nexsen. Whether he is assisting clients with the protection of intellectual property through patent, trademark, and copyright prosecution, or intellectual property litigation, he focuses on building relationships founded on trust and constant communication. Mr. Lineberry successfully prosecutes patent applications for mechanical, medical, and chemical technologies. He helps clients with establishing and protecting trademark portfolios, guarding against improper third-party use, and conducting enforcement actions. Mr. Lineberry advises his clients on all matters involving intellectual property, trade secrets, branding and marketing issues, and contractual and other business matters. He also works with mid-level companies within the biotech industry. This gives Mr. Lineberry the opportunity to use his broad connections to help bring their inventions to market safely while protecting their intellectual property every step of the way. He is a member of the South Carolina Bar, American Bar Association, Greenville Bar Association, Trademark & Copyright Law Association and The Carolina Patent Trademark Copyright Law Association. Mr. Lineberry earned his B.A. degree from Emory & Henry College and his J.D. degree from Mercer University School of Law.

David Gabor
is a partner with The Wagner Law Group where he focuses his practice in human resources consulting; which includes drafting policies, negotiation of contracts, training employees, representing employers during audits, and overseeing ADA compliance for websites. Mr. Gabor handles litigation in federal and state courts and at arbitrations in issues arising out of the employer-employee relationship. He also maintains an appellate practice. Mr. Gabor is a member of multiple professional organizations, including the New York State and Massachusetts bar associations, Northeast Human Resources Association, Society for Human Resource Management, and Labor and Employment Law Committee. He earned his B.A. degree from the University of Michigan and his J.D. degree from Touro College Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Centre.

She was previously in private practice for many years, where she practiced in the areas of estate planning and elder law. Ms. Barnes earned her B.A. degree from Edgewood College and her J.D. degree from Marquette University Law School. Her professional memberships include the State Bar of Wisconsin, Dane County Bar Association, Legal Association of Women, and the Madison Estate Planning Council. Ms. Barnes serves on a number of non-profit boards, is a frequent speaker at various continuing legal education seminars, and has served as adjunct faculty at the University of Wisconsin-Madison and Marquette University Law School. is a seasoned attorney with more than 20 years of experience advising businesses, institutions, and individuals in diverse industries. His expertise covers AI legal consultancy, intellectual property litigation, patent and trademark matters, and general business litigation. He advises clients on legal issues related to AI, such as governance structures, privacy laws, risk mitigation, policy formulation, regulatory advice, and responsible AI adoption strategies for organizations at any stage of implementing AI. Mr. West represents clients before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, various administrative boards, and federal and state courts in complex matters, including pre-suit investigations, trials, appeals, and post-grant proceedings. He is a registered patent attorney. His practice further includes portfolio strategy, enforcement, licensing, and the drafting and negotiation of royalty and technology-related agreements. Mr. West has been involved with AI in legal practice since before the term became widely used. He advises clients on selecting AI tools, implementation procedures, workforce policies, and the legal and ethical risks associated with generative AI, automated decision-making, and data-driven systems. He also acts as an AI implementation leader at his firm, helping to develop governance structures, training programs, and firmwide AI policies.
