Mr. Dodson's practice is focused on personal injury, medical malpractice, legal malpractice, ethics and class actions. During his career, he has tried and settled multiple, six, seven and eight figure cases on behalf of clients, including a $15,000,000 settlement in a class action objection in the Lightsey v. SCE&G case. In his free time, Mr. Dodson can be found behind a camera photographing nature and wildlife. Among other locations, he has photographed in Alaska, Galapagos Islands, Antarctica and Africa; and has won several awards in photography in addition to practicing law.

What happens if my course is cancelled?
In the unlikely event that NBI cancels or reschedules an upcoming program, each registered attendee will be contacted via email by a representative of NBI. Outreach to attendees begins as soon as NBI is made aware that a program will not move forward at its originally scheduled date and time.
