Louis R. Cohan
founded Cohan Law Group, L.L.C., and has been a trial lawyer for more than 30 years. He has been recognized for his trial experience by admission into the American Board of Trial Advocates. Mr. Cohan has litigated more than $900 million in claims for his clients and recently secured a verdict in excess of $66 million in a fraud case. He has done work in breach of contract, fraud, injunctive relief, punitive damages, employment, trade secrets, real estate, construction and construction defects, and civil rights litigation. Mr. Cohan's practice is concentrated on business litigation and employment litigation, as well as civil litigation. He earned his B.S. degree from the University of Georgia and his J.D. degree from Emory School of Law. Mr. Cohan has served as chair of the Litigation Section, the largest section of the Atlanta Bar Association. He has also chaired the Small Firm Section of the Atlanta Bar Association. Mr. Cohan has served on the Board of Directors for the Atlanta Bar Association; and has chaired the Atlanta Bar Foundation, the charitable arm of the Atlanta Bar Association. He has received awards and recognition for his community and legal work. These awards include Super Lawyer, Legal Elite, Martindale-Hubbell's preeminent AV rating, American Board of Trial Advocates, America's Top 100 Attorneys, and the Celebrating Service Award. For many years, Mr. Cohan has chaired the Legal Run Around 5k road race, raising money for the children of injured and fallen Atlanta Police Department officers.

Jonathan R. Levine
is a founding partner with Levine Smith Coburn & Koslin, LLC being one of the most prominent family law attorneys in Atlanta. Since 1988, he has focused exclusively on family law, handling complex, high-asset cases. Mr. Levine also serves as a mediator and arbitrator in family law cases. He earned his B.B.A. degree from the University of Texas, his J.D. degree from the University of Georgia and his LL.M. degree in litigation from Emory University. Mr. Levin is recognized as a leader in the profession and in the community. He is the current president of the Georgia Chapter of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers, a former chair of the Atlanta Bar Family Law Section and is frequently asked to lecture to fellow attorneys on family law issues. In 2016, Mr. Levin received the Georgia Coalition against Domestic Violence's Collaborate Award, given each year to an individual who has demonstrated exemplary efforts in the movement to end violence against women. He served on the city of Sandy Springs board of ethics from 2016-2020.

Amy L. Kaye
is a founding partner with Kaye, Lembeck, Hitt & French Family Law and has been helping individuals and families in the Atlanta metro area as a family law attorney for well over 20 years and practiced as a business and corporate lawyer for several years before that. As a family law attorney, she knows that clients often come to her in a time of crisis or stress and that they rely on their lawyer to counsel them and guide them through the legal thicket to the best outcome available. Ms. Kaye's practice covers all areas of Family Law including divorce, child custody, child support, alimony, spousal support, equitable division of assets and liabilities, modification, marital agreements including prenuptial and postnuptial agreements, paternity actions, grandparents' rights, separation agreements, mediation and arbitration. She also serves as a Guardian Ad Litem in custody matters, where she has been appointed by the court to look out for the interests of the children and be their voice in court. Ms. Levin earned her B.A. degree, cum laude, from University of North Carolina and her J.D. degree, cum laude, from the University of Georgia. She is a member of the Charles L. Weltner Family Law Inn of Court, State Bar of Georgia (Family Law Section), American Bar Association (Family Law Section), Atlanta Bar Association (Family Law Section) and the Cobb County Bar Association (Family Law Section). Ms. Levin is admitted to practice in Georgia State Courts, Georgia Court of Appeals, Supreme Court of Georgia and also North Carolina state courts.
