Michael D. Kwasigroch
Esq., is a California attorney with decades of legal experience, including extensive practice in bankruptcy, family law, civil litigation, and appellate matters. He has represented debtors and litigants throughout California in both state and federal courts, including the U.S. Bankruptcy Courts within the Ninth Circuit. In 2016, Mr. Kwasigroch was the recipient of the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys Ninth Circuit Appellate Award for Dedicated Service to Debtors in Ninth Circuit Bankruptcy, recognizing his advocacy and appellate work on behalf of consumer debtors within the Ninth Circuit. He maintains his law office in Simi Valley, California and has been involved in litigation and advocacy on behalf of individuals, debtors, and families throughout California. Mr. Kwasigroch graduated from California Lutheran University and Ventura College of Law.
