Anthony W. Selbe
is a managing attorney at Stern & Eisenberg. He has over 14 years of experience in real estate, business law and civil litigation. Mr. Selbe assists businesses and sophisticated investors with real estate closings, business formation, and commercial litigation. He also has experience in the default space with non-judicial and judicial foreclosures, and creditor's rights. Mr. Selbe earned his B.A. degree from James Madison University and his J.D. degree from West Virginia University. He is admitted to practice law in West Virginia and Pennsylvania, as well as before the West Virginia Southern District Federal and Bankruptcy Court, West Virginia Northern District Federal and Bankruptcy Court, and Pennsylvania Western District Federal and Bankruptcy Court.

Steven K. Eisenberg
is the managing attorney and shareholder of Stern & Eisenberg, which concentrates its practice on foreclosure, bankruptcy, ejectment, business, real estate and estate matters. He oversees the mortgage foreclosure and bankruptcy practices, representing national and local lenders throughout the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the State of New Jersey. Mr. Eisenberg is a member of the Pennsylvania, New Jersey State, and American (member, Real Property Section) bar associations; National Association of Chapter 13 Trustees (associate member); Mortgage Bankers Association; and American Legal & Financial Network. He earned his B.A. degree from Cornell University, and his M.B.A. and J.D. degrees from Temple University.
