Marlon A. Primes
is a partner in the Cleveland office of Brennan, Manna & Diamond, LLC. He is a distinguished former assistant U.S. attorney for the Northern District of Ohio, with over 30 years of experience. Mr. Primes has transitioned to serve as co-chair of BMD's business and tort litigation practice, and represents companies across the U.S. in high-stakes litigation. He has handled a wide variety of complex civil litigation in state, federal and appellate courts, including jury trials and appellate actions. Mr. Primes earned his B.S. degree from Ohio University and his J.D. degree from Georgetown University Law Center.

Andrew Gerling
is a partner at Kohl & Cook Law Firm, LLC. He oversees the firm's consumer litigation and small business practices. As a trial lawyer, Mr. Gerling represents homeowners and businesses throughout Ohio. He devotes a significant portion of his practice to consumer protection, including foreclosure defense, abusive debt collection, and consumer fraud. Mr. Gerling has experience representing consumers in matters involving the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, the Fair Credit Reporting Act, the Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act, the Truth in Lending Act, and Ohio's Consumer Sales Practices Act. He also represents clients in state and federal appellate courts. Mr. Gerling earned his B.A. degree, summa cum laude, from Otterbein University; and his J.D. degree from Capital University.

LeAnn Davis
is a partner at Benesch Friedlander Coplan & Aronoff LLP. She is a practical and experienced commercial real estate attorney, assisting developers, lenders, corporations, and investors in all phases and types of complex real estate transactions. Ms. Davis has a special interest in commercial asset redevelopment, joint ventures, conservation and environmental credit projects, legal opinion practice, and in resolving difficult title issues. She earned her B.A. degree from Duke University, her M.A. degree from University of Florida Warrington College of Business, her J.D. degree from The University of Florida - Fredric G. Levin College of Law and her M.B.A. degree from University of Florida Warrington College of Business.

David H. Gunning, II
is a member of McDonald Hopkins LLC. He is chair of the firm's business department. His practice focuses on real estate and finance. He understands the complex and challenging issues facing the real estate and finance industries. Mr. Gunning's experience spans the areas of real estate, finance, construction, and general corporate law, and includes real estate acquisition and dispositions, joint venture agreements, investor relations, negotiations/contracts, litigation management and fund development. He has represented national lenders and other financial institutions, borrowers, institutional and corporate owners, national retailers, privately-held businesses and national, regional and local developers. Mr. Gunning is a member of the American Bar Association, Ohio State Bar Association and the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association. He earned his B.A. degree from Lake Forest College and his J.D. degree from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law.

Barrett M. Principe
is an attorney at Porter Wright Morris & Arthur LLP. His practice focuses on managing commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, development, construction and related due diligence matters. Mr. Principe represents a variety of clients in all aspects of real estate transactions, including commercial real estate companies and developers, real estate investment trusts (REITs), private equity funds, Fortune 500 companies, banks, other lenders and communications infrastructure companies. In connection with real estate transactions, he drafts and negotiates a wide variety of agreements and documents related to purchases and sales, leases, and construction projects. In addition, Mr. Principe's work encompasses extensive title, survey, and zoning review, as well as related curative actions. He also drafts and negotiates a broad range of finance-related documents for real estate projects throughout the country, including traditional commercial projects and projects utilizing bonds or tax credit financing mechanisms. Mr. Principe's expertise also extends to construction contracts, commercial sales agreements and real estate litigation. Prior to joining the firm, he gained significant experience handling complex transactions and legal matters at both an AmLaw 200 law firm and a Fortune 200 company. Mr. Principe earned his B.A. degree from Boston College and his J.D. degree from Cleveland State University.
