Thomas Mugavero
is of counsel with Whiteford, Taylor & Preston, LLP, practicing in the areas of business litigation, appellate law, community associations, insurance coverage and defense litigation, and labor and employment litigation. He is listed in Washington, D.C. Super Lawyers, 2013 - 2016. Mr. Mugavero is admitted to practice in Virginia, District of Columbia, Maryland, U.S. District Court Eastern District of Virginia, U.S. Court of Appeals Fourth Circuit, U.S. District Court District of Columbia, U.S. Court of Appeals District of Columbia, U.S. District Court Western District of Virginia and U.S. District Court District of Maryland. He earned his B.A. degree, with honors, from Yale University, and his M.S.F.S., cum laude, and J.D. degrees from Georgetown University Law Center. Mr. Mugavero is a member of the District of Columbia Bar Association, Maryland State Bar Association, Virginia State Bar, Federal, Fairfax (chair of the Pro Bono Committee) and American bar associations.

Stephanie S. Ryan
is the principal attorney of Ryan Law PLLC. She practices in the areas of defense of personal injury, workers' compensation claims, transportation and trucking companies, employment litigation and professional liability defense. Ms. Ryan represents clients in jury trials, bench trials, arbitrations and mediations and other administrative proceedings in Virginia and the District of Columbia, and has on occasion defended clients in jury trial in Maryland, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Florida. She is a member of the Virginia and District of Columbia bars. Ms. Ryan earned her B.A. degree from the University of Nevada and her J.D. degree from Pepperdine University School of Law.

Winston West, IV
is an attorney at Jackson Lewis in Richmond, Virginia. He provides excellent service in employment, business, and data privacy matters. Mr. West is focused on providing insights to clients on the ever-shifting artificial intelligence regulatory and legal landscape while providing legal assistance to issues affecting clients now. He developed his skills as a litigator in the state and federal trial courts of Virginia - particularly the "Rocket Docket" in the Eastern District of Virginia. On his first day of licensure in Virginia, he defeated a motion to strike the evidence, leading to a jury deciding the case, advocated for a favorable set of jury instructions for his client, and gained a jury verdict equal to the statutory cap for such claims. Mr. West earned his B.S. degree from University of Richmond and his J.D. degree from Washington and Lee University School of Law.

Roscoe C. Howard, Jr.
is a partner at Barnes & Thornburg LLP. He brings decades of experience in defending corporate and individual clients in white collar criminal matters, complex litigation, regulatory investigations, and ethics issues. Mr. Howard is a former U.S. Attorney for the District of Columbia, the largest U.S. Attorney's office in the country, where his office handled both local and federal prosecutions. He earned his A.B. degree from Brown University and his J.D. degree from the University of Virginia School of Law. Mr. Howard is admitted to practice law in the District of Columbia and Virginia.

H. Jonathan Redway
is a trial attorney at Dickinson Wright PLLC. He focuses his practice on patent, trademark, trade secret and copyright matters. Mr. Redway has successfully tried intellectual property, antitrust, environmental and commercial cases as lead counsel before juries and judges throughout the United States, as well as Section 337 Proceedings before the International Trade Commission ("ITC"). His achievements have been recognized by District of Columbia Super Lawyers, World Trademark Review ("WTR") and Intellectual Asset Management ("IAM") Patent 1000. Mr. Redway earned his B.A. degree, cum laude, from Roanoke College and his J.D. degree, with honors, from George Washington University. He is admitted to practice law in the District of Columbia and Virginia.
