Overview

Dementia Won't Wait. Neither Should Your Clients.

When a client receives a dementia diagnosis, the window to plan is short - and the cost of inaction is steep. This practical program walks attorneys through Medicaid eligibility and asset protection strategies, POA drafting that holds up under scrutiny, and when to pursue guardianship or conservatorship - giving you a clear, repeatable framework for one of the most high-stakes planning situations your clients will ever face. Register today!

  • Navigate Medicaid's eligibility rules and avoid costly look-back pitfalls.
  • Structure asset protection strategies that preserve wealth for spouses and heirs.
  • Draft durable and healthcare POAs built to withstand legal challenges.
  • Guide families through guardianship and conservatorship when POAs fall short.
  • Coordinate legal planning with care facilities, social workers, and financial advisors.
