If you don't know which matters are most profitable, how long cases take to resolve, or where your client pipeline is leaking, you can't fix what's broken. The good news: the data you need is already in your systems. This course shows you exactly which metrics matter, how to read them without adding administrative burden, and how to turn your numbers into confident decisions on pricing, staffing, and growth.
