Kisha Patel
is a senior associate attorney with McIlveen Family Law Firm where she is a distinguished family law attorney in our Raleigh office, known for her expertise in high-asset equitable distribution and alimony cases. Ms. Patel adeptly represents clients, including business owners, navigating the complexities of substantial marital estates and financial matters. She attended Ursinus College in Collegeville, PA, earning her B.A. degree in politics and gender and women's studies. Ms. Patel earned her J.D. degree from Carolina Law, where she excelled in advocacy, joining the Holderness Moot Court team and the Broun National Trial Team. Ms. Patel is a member of the North Carolina State Bar and the Wake County Bar Association.

Tara Steinnerd
is the owner of Steinnerd Law PLLC, where she practice family law. She is licensed to practice in Virginia, Maryland and the District of Columbia. Ms. Steinnerd is a member of the National LGBT Bar Association, Virginia State Bar, Fairfax Bar Association (Family Law Section), Maryland State Bar Association, District of Columbia Bar Association, Bar Association of Montgomery County, Prince George's County Bar Association, Virginia Trial Lawyers Association and Virginia Women's Attorney Association. She earned her B.S. degree from Texas A&M University and her J.D. degree from Catholic University in Washington, D.C.

Richard J. Eisen
is a partner at the St. Louis law firm of Growe Eisen Karlen Eilerts LLC. He concentrates his practice in the area of family/domestic law, including dissolution of marriage, legal separation, paternity, maintenance, child support, child custody, modification matters, enforcement, and pre/post-nuptial agreements. Mr. Eisen has tried and settled numerous complex family law cases. He frequently lectures and publishes articles in the area of family law. Mr. Eisen is a certified divorce mediator and has been appointed by the court as a guardian ad litem for children in custody disputes. Mr. Eisen is a member of The Missouri Bar (past-chair, Legislative Subcommittee of the Family Law Section), the St. Louis County Bar Association (past-president and Executive Board member), the Illinois State Bar Association, and the Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis. He earned his B.A. degree, magna cum laude, from Washington University and his J.D. degree from Washington and Lee University School of Law. He has been named as a Super Lawyer for more than ten years and listed in Best Lawyers in America.

Michael J. Levy
is a partner at Beermann LLP. He counsels clients on dissolution of marriage, legal separation, parenting issues including the allocation of parental responsibilities and child support, tax, spousal maintenance, parental alienation, and domestic violence. Mr. Levy has been recognized as a member of the National Academy of Family Law Attorneys' Top 10 Under 40, Super Lawyers' 2020 and 2021 Illinois Rising Star Honoree, a Leading Lawyers 2020 Emerging Lawyer Honoree and was a member of the Inaugural Class for the Illinois State Bar Association's Leadership Academy. His publications include Income is Income: A Brief Look at In re Marriage of Solecki and Parties' Ability to Contract, Illinois State Bar Association Newsletter. After graduating in 2012 from Boston University with a bachelor's degree in political science, Mr. Levy went on to earn his Juris Doctor from the University of Wisconsin Law School in May 2015, concentrating in family law. He was named to the Dean's List in 2013. While a student at the University of Wisconsin Law School, Mr. Levy participated in the Frank J. Remington Center's Restorative Justice Clinic. In addition to helping Wisconsin's incarcerated population navigate the difficult terrain of reconciling with the victims of their crimes, he received his first exposure to the practice of family law by assisting incarcerated individuals with family law matters. He concluded his tenure at UW Law by being awarded the 2014 American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyer's Leonard Loeb Scholarship, given to a University of Wisconsin Law School student who demonstrates outstanding qualities and achievement in their law school career and an interest in the practice of family law. He serves as a member of the Illinois State Bar Associations Family Law Section Council and a member of the Chicago Bar Association. Mr. Levy is licensed to practice in Illinois and Wisconsin.
