He represents clients who own and/or manage rental properties in a variety of matters including landlord-tenant disputes, condemnation and eminent domain litigation, Pennsylvania realty transfer tax matters, property disputes, and tax assessment appeals. Mr. Scholtz's clients own and/or manage hundreds of residential and commercial properties in and around the city of Pittsburgh. He also represents residential property owners in seller disclosure fraud litigation, tax assessment appeals, landslide litigation, eminent domain and other condemnation issues. Mr. Scholtz earned his B.A. degree from Bucknell University and his J.D. degree from Pennsylvania State University, Dickinson School of Law. He is a member of the Allegheny County Bar Association, Pennsylvania Bar Association and The Dickinson School of Law of the Pennsylvania State University Alumni Association.

Mr. Wunsch is a member of the Milwaukee Bar Association, Wisconsin Land Title Association and State Bar of Wisconsin. He earned his B.A. degree from the University of Wisconsin, Madison and his J.D. degree from Emory University School of Law.

Do you have options for attendees who are deaf or hard of hearing?

What happens if my course is cancelled?
In the unlikely event that NBI cancels or reschedules an upcoming program, each registered attendee will be contacted via email by a representative of NBI. Outreach to attendees begins as soon as NBI is made aware that a program will not move forward at its originally scheduled date and time.
