Arshi Pal
is an attorney with Littman Krooks LLP, where she focuses her practice on special education, special needs planning and estate planning. She passionately advocates to obtain the appropriate supports and services for the unique needs of the individuals. Ms. Pal participates in CSE meetings to collaborate with school officials to ensure students are receiving programming and services tailored to help them make meaningful progress. However, when the collaborative approach is insufficient to obtain the student the support they require, she zealously represents students and their families in special education impartial hearings. Ms. Pal also represents parents in state review officer appeals and federal court matters. She earned her J.D. degree from Brooklyn Law School in the two-year accelerated program. Ms. Pal is a Brooklyn Law Students for the Public Interest Fellow. She has interned for the NYC Department of Social Services and U.S. Attorney's Office Immigration department at the graduate level. Ms. Pal is admitted to practice in New York, Southern and Eastern districts of New York, and the Second Circuit Court of Appeals.

Debby Rosenfeld
is counsel with Meltzer, Lippe, Goldstein & Breitstone, LLP, where she practices in the areas of elder law, estate planning and real estate. She is admitted to practice in New York. Ms. Rosenfeld lectures, as well as writes articles on various elder law issues for both attorneys and laypeople. She earned her B.A. degree from Barnard College of Columbia University and her J.D. degree from New York University School of Law. Ms. Rosenfeld is a member of the New York State and Nassau County bar associations.

Amy McIntyre
is an associate with Rubin and Rudman LLP in Boston. She is a member of the firm's trust and estate department, and elder law practice group. Ms. McIntyre concentrates on asset restructuring and Medicaid eligibility. She earned her J.D. degree from Western New England Law School in May of 2024. Ms. McIntyre served as a junior staff member on the Western New England Law Review for Volume 45, and served as the online content editor for Volume 46. She is a student member of the Massachusetts chapter of National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys. Ms. McIntyre earned her bachelor's degree in legal studies from Becker College and her master's degree in managerial leadership from Worcester State University.
