Talia Kowalski
is an attorney with Cordell & Cordell, where she is dedicated to advocating for the rights of vulnerable populations and providing compassionate, knowledgeable legal representation. Prior to joining the firm, she served as a children's student attorney, gaining valuable experience in child advocacy and legal service. Ms. Kowalski's commitment to the legal profession extends beyond the courtroom; she is actively involved with the American Bar Association, Maine State Bar Association, and several honors societies including Phi Alpha Delta and the Order of the Barristers. She is admitted to practice in Maine. Ms. Kowalski earned her J.D. degree from Penn State Dickinson Law.

Kerie S. Trindle Byrne
, PP, PLS-SC has been a legal professional for over 25 years and has worked in many different capacities in the law firm environment, including file clerk, legal secretary, office manager, administrative assistant, and paralegal. She has previously spoken on ethics and other topics at the webinar entitled, "A Paralegal's Guide to Discovery in Divorce". Through determination, hard work and on-the-job training, Ms. Trindle Byrne gained the background knowledge and skills to perform as a legal support professional. Believing education to reinforce her skills was important, she attended Phoenix College and earned her Associate of Arts Degree in paralegal studies, obtained her PP and PLS certifications from NALS, and her specialty certificate (SC) in family law from NALS. Ms. Trindle Byrne has practiced many areas of law and has worked as a family law paralegal with David N. Horowitz, Giancarlo A. Sapelli, Greg R. Davis, and Jennika N. Stith of Warner Angle Hallam Jackson & Formanek PLC for the last 18 years. She believes her communication skills, creativity, intuition and innovation make her an effective leader.

Michele Avery
is a partner with Carr, Riggs & Ingram CPAs and Advisors. Her experience includes business valuations for sales transactions, management buy-ins and buyouts, marital dissolution proceedings, shareholder disputes, buy/sell agreements, and estate and gift matters. In addition to her valuation practice, Ms. Avery also provides expert reports for litigation proceedings that are concerned with lost profits, shareholder disputes, marital dissolution proceedings and insurance claims. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Society of Louisiana Certified Public Accountants, National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts, Business Valuation and Litigation Services Committee of Louisiana CPA Society, Estate and Financial Planning Committee of Louisiana CPA Society, North Shore Estate and Financial Planning Society, and North Shore Chapter of the Louisiana CPA Society. Ms. Avery has written and lectured extensively on the topic of business valuation. She earned her B.A. degree from the University of Wisconsin and her M.B.A. degree from Louisiana State University. Ms. Avery has more than 20 years of business valuation and forensic accounting experience.

Robert T. Repko
is a partner with Zlock, Grisillo & Repko in Doylestown, Pennsylvania, where he has built a successful practice focusing on representing individuals in matters related to divorce, custody, support, domestic violence and protection from abuse. He received his B.A. degree from College Misericordia (now Misericordia University) and his J.D. degree from the Dickinson School of Law, now of the Pennsylvania State University. Prior to entering private practice, Mr. Repko served as an assistant district attorney in both Monroe and Bucks counties, where he gained significant trial experience prosecuting both jury trials and bench trials. He has also served as an adjunct professor at Delaware Valley College, teaching such classes as Real Estate Fundamentals and Business Law. Mr. Repko remains very active within the legal profession, having served as the treasurer, vice-president and president of the Bucks County Bar Association, chair of the Finance Committee and chair of the Bench Bar Committee. He is also a member of the Association's Diversity Committee, Family Law Section and Criminal Law Section, and has previously served as vice-chair of the Young Lawyer's Division. He also belongs to the Montgomery County Bar Association and the Pennsylvania Bar Association, where he currently serves as vice-chair of the Membership Development and Quality of Life Committees, is a delegate to the PBA House of Delegates, and is a member of both the Family Law and Solo and Small Practice sections. In addition, Mr. Repko is actively involved in his community, where he serves on the Board of the Corporate Business Partnership panel for the James A. Michener Museum, previously served on the Board of Directors for the Bucks County Opportunity Council, was the League Director and coach for the Doylestown Athletic Association 12U girls softball program, and was a Parish Religious Education Program (P.R.E.P.) Teacher for his parish. Mr. Repko is also currently the solicitor for Bucks County Health Services, and is licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Illinois, as well as the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, the United States District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania, the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey and the United States Supreme Court.
