is an attorney at Dunn Lambert, LLC. He is a certified civil trial attorney who has represented Fortune 500 companies as well as smaller corporations and individuals in a wide range of litigation matters. Mr. Kyreakakis has represented clients in commercial litigation, products liability, toxic torts, estate litigation, partnership and shareholder disputes, professional malpractice, business consumer fraud, manufacturer-distributor litigation, real estate litigation and personal injury matters. He has extensive trial and appeals experience, both in federal and state courts. He is an experienced commercial litigator who has appeared before state and federal courts across New Jersey and New York, and before the American Arbitration Association. He has experience overseeing multiple facets of a variety of civil litigation matters, including shareholder and partnership disputes, trust and estates litigation, foreclosure prosecution and defense, consumer finance/creditors' rights litigation, commercial landlord-tenant disputes, construction surety litigation, employment actions, general commercial litigation, and personal injury actions. He has also successfully tried to completion a number of matters before judges and juries across the State of New Jersey. He has received judicial appointments from courts throughout the State, including as a special discovery master and condemnation commissioner. He currently serves as a member of the New Jersey District IIB (Bergen County – South) Attorney Fee Arbitration Committee and as a civil arbitrator for the Morris County Superior Court, Law Division.  Additionally, he is a frequent presenter at continuing legal education seminars on the subjects of civil litigation and trial practice. Mr. Miles has experience defending complex contract disputes, banking and financial fraud actions, restrictive covenant and trade secrets actions, business torts and breaches of fiduciary duty, disputes between members of closely held corporations, professional malpractice actions, consumer fraud actions, and shareholder derivative actions.
