Hai Ling Chu
is a managing attorney at HLC Legal Ltd., where she is focusing mainly in the areas of estate planning, probate, tax controversy, and business contracts. She earned her B.A. degree from the University of California, Riverside and her J.D. degree from the UNLV William S. Boyd School of Law. In addition to her private practice, Ms. Chu is also an active member of the Las Vegas non-profit community. In 2014, she received the honor of being named Pro Bono Attorney of the Year from Nevada Legal Services, and she is the sitting treasurer for the Asian American Advocacy Clinic. Ms. Chu is admitted to practice law in Nevada and before the Federal Tax Court.

Anthony L. Barney
is the president and sole shareholder of Anthony L. Barney, Ltd., where he practices in the areas of estate planning and business planning and litigation, including the preparation of wills, revocable living trusts, irrevocable trusts and domestic asset protection trusts; as well as business formation, organization and trust administration. He is licensed to practice law in the Nevada and Idaho state and federal courts. Mr. Barney and his associates have drafted bill legislation for representatives in the Nevada state senate, and has participated as a member of the State Bar of Nevada and Idaho State Bar. Mr. Barney worked with the trust and probate section of the Nevada bar to revise the Eighth Judicial District Court local rules for probate proceedings. He earned his B.S. degree from Brigham Young University; his M.S. degree from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas; and his J.D. and L.L.M. (taxation) degrees from the University of Missouri, Kansas City.

Cody R. Noble
is a partner at McDonald Carano LLP and has practiced in the firm's Las Vegas office since 2003. For more than 20 years, Mr. Noble's practice has focused primarily on assisting high net worth individuals with their comprehensive trust and estate planning. Specifically, Mr. Noble's practice includes representation of beneficiaries, fiduciaries, and grantors in all aspects of trust and estate planning and administration, including probate administration, generational planning, and asset protection. Mr. Noble also advises litigation attorneys on trust, estate, and tax aspects of litigation matters. Mr. Noble received his B.S., summa cum laude, from Southern University. He went on to obtain his J.D., magna cum laude, from Brigham Young University, and his LL.M. from the University of Florida, Levin College of Law. Mr. Noble is admitted to practice in Nevada and Utah.

is an attorney with BlackRock Legal, where he aggressively litigates trust, probate and other civil disputes. He is one of the most frequent litigators to appear each Friday in Clark County Probate Court. Mr. Grover also advises families through non-litigated probate administration. He is admitted to practice in Nevada and before the Nevada Supreme Court and the U.S. District Court for the District of Nevada. Mr. Grover is a member of the State Bar of Nevada. He earned his B.S. degree from Utah State University and J.D. degree from the University of Nebraska College of Law.
