Rachel A. Kabb-Effron
is the owner of The Kabb Law Firm, in Beachwood, Ohio, where she specializes in elder law. Ms. Kabb-Effron is a certified elder law attorney by the National Elder Law Foundation and is recognized as a specialist by the Ohio State Bar Association. She is a VA accredited attorney and licensed to practice before the Court of Veterans Claims. She has more than 18 years of experience in representing elderly and disabled clients on eligibility issues involving Medicaid and other public assistance programs. Ms. Kabb-Effron has been practicing life care planning since 2006 and is currently on the Board of the Life Care Planning Law Firms Association and has served as the president, vice president and treasurer. She is the a past-president of the Ohio Chapter of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys and has been an active member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys on numerous national committees. Ms. Kabb-Effron is a member of the Ohio State and Cleveland Metropolitan bar associations. She is a frequent speaker for other professional and community groups on elder law issues. Ms. Kabb-Effron earned her B.A. degree, with honors, from the University of Cincinnati; and her J.D. degree, cum laude, from the Cleveland-Marshall College of Law.

Jazmine Greer
is an attorney and founder of Greer Law Firm Co LPA. She empowers individuals to understand their legal rights and responsibilities by providing legal consulting; document preparation, interpretation and negotiation; and litigation in the areas of real estate law, business law, legacy planning (estate planning), taxation, and personal injury. Ms. Greer earned her bachelor's degree, magna cum laude, from Fisk University and her J.D. degree from Ohio Northern University. She is licensed in both the Northern and Southern districts of the Ohio Federal Court, and is a certified mediator and licensed title agent.

R. Jason Howard
is a sole practitioner in Dayton, Ohio, with a practice concentration in probate, wills and trusts, real estate, business planning, and related litigation. He has lectured for National Business Institute in these areas for 14 years. Mr. Howard is a member of the Dayton and Ohio State bar associations. Mr. Howard is admitted to practice in Ohio, and before the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Ohio and the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Wisconsin. Mr. Howard earned his B.S. degree from Wright State University and his J.D. degree from the University of Dayton School of Law.

is an attorney with Woodward, Pires & Lombardo, P.A. He focuses his practice on estate planning, wills and trusts, guardianship, as well as probate and trust administration. Mr. Welker has been practicing law in Ohio since 2011. He earned his undergraduate degree from The Ohio State University before receiving his law degree from Capital University Law School. In 2023, Mr. Welker expanded his qualifications by passing The Florida Bar Exam and was admitted to practice law in Florida.
