John E. Dunlap
is a sole practitioner with Law Offices of John E. Dunlap in Memphis, where he is board-certified by the Tennessee Continuing Legal Education and Specialization Commission in consumer bankruptcy. Mr. Dunlap's main areas of practice include bankruptcy, workers' compensation, personal injury, ERISA litigation, and Social Security disability. He is admitted to practice before the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals and the U.S. Supreme Court. Mr. Dunlap is a member of the Memphis and American bar associations, as well as the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys. He earned his B.A. degree from the University of Tennessee at Knoxville and his J.D. degree from the University of Memphis.

J. Bryan Moseley
is a partner in the Murfreesboro, Tennessee law firm of Moseley & Moseley, Attorneys at Law, where his main areas of practice are premises liability and civil rights litigation. He also handles general personal injury cases and some other civil litigation. Mr. Moseley is a frequent speaker on personal injury and subrogation topics for National Business Institute. He is a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA), where he has served as the president of the Tennessee Chapter. Mr. Moseley is also a member of the Tennessee Bar Association and the American Association for Justice. He is a member of the ICC (International Code Council) and ASTM International (American Society for Testing and Materials). Mr. Moseley earned his B.A. degree, cum laude, from Middle Tennessee State University and his J.D. degree, magna cum laude, from the University of Tennessee College of Law.

Keely N. Wilson
is a member of Rainey, Kizer, Reviere & Bell, P.L.C., and has been associated with the firm since receiving her Doctor of Jurisprudence in 2000 from the University of Memphis Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law. She concentrates her practice in the areas of automobile liability litigation, premises liability, property damage, insurance coverage, insurance fraud and insurance bad faith claims from a defense perspective. In her career, Ms. Wilson has tried a dozen jury trials in seven counties in West Tennessee. She also has extensive experience handling multidistrict litigation cases and has handled such complex cases successfully to conclusion. Ms. Wilson is a 2004 graduate of the National Institute of Trial Advocacy, the nation's leading provider of legal advocacy skills training. She is a member of the Tennessee and Madison bar associations, Tennessee Defense Lawyers Association and The Howell Edmunds Jackson American Inn of Court.

Ed Wallis, III
is a partner with the civil trial litigation firm of Glassman, Wyatt, Tuttle & Cox, P.C. in Memphis, where he represents both plaintiffs and defendants in claims involving professional negligence (including medical and legal malpractice), medical devices, business litigation, construction litigation, employment contractual disputes, real estate litigation and more. Mr. Wallis is licensed to practice law in Tennessee, Arkansas and Kentucky. He has also been listed as a Mid-South Super Lawyer from 2011 to the present. Prior to entering private practice, Mr. Wallis clerked for the Hon. S. Thomas Anderson, United States District Judge in the Western District of Tennessee. He earned his B.S. degree from the University of Tennessee and his J.D. degree from the University of Richmond T.C. Williams School of Law.

Henry D. Fincher
is a certified civil trial specialist, a certified family law specialist, and a certified elder law attorney recognized by the National Board of Trial Advocacy and the National Elder Law Foundation. A former judge, former state representative, and graduate of Harvard Law School, Mr. Fincher has helped people with their legal problems for more than 30 years. He is a fellow of the American Bar Foundation and a member of the Million Dollar Advocates. Mr. Fincher's practice focuses primarily on contested estates, serious personal injury cases, family law, wills and trusts, and other complex legal matters. He is a member of the New York State Bar Association and the Tennessee Bar Association. Mr. Fincher earned his B.A. degree, with highest honors, from the University of Tennessee and his J.D. degree from Harvard Law School.
