, CPA/ABV/CVA/CFF, is managing member of Abo and Company, LLC and a certified public accountant with offices in Mount Laurel, New Jersey and Morrisville, Pennsylvania. He is co-managing member of Abo Cipolla Financial Forensics LLC, an affiliate of the core accounting firm exclusively providing expert witness testimony on financial matters and other litigation support services as well as business valuations. Mr. Abo has comprehensive experience in individual and corporate financial, business and tax planning. His previous experience includes several years with the tax department and audit staff of a Big Four CPA firm, as well as regional firms, before he founded the present enterprise. In addition, Mr. Flynn's practice includes criminal and juvenile defense, especially for students charged with crimes and truancy. He also handles family law cases, with a focus on advocating for children and their best interests regarding their educational needs. Mr. Flynn brings a unique perspective to the firm, having spent many years working in schools directly with children with special needs. In the unlikely event that NBI cancels or reschedules an upcoming program, each registered attendee will be contacted via email by a representative of NBI. Outreach to attendees begins as soon as NBI is made aware that a program will not move forward at its originally scheduled date and time.
