, CPA/ABV/CVA/CFF, is managing member of Abo and Company, LLC and a certified public accountant with offices in Mount Laurel, New Jersey and Morrisville, Pennsylvania. He is co-managing member of Abo Cipolla Financial Forensics LLC, an affiliate of the core accounting firm exclusively providing expert witness testimony on financial matters and other litigation support services as well as business valuations. Mr. Abo has comprehensive experience in individual and corporate financial, business and tax planning. His previous experience includes several years with the tax department and audit staff of a Big Four CPA firm, as well as regional firms, before he founded the present enterprise. Mr. Abo assists attorneys to strengthen their cases by clarifying language and economic concepts, preparing useful exhibits and reports, and testifying as an expert witness. Mr. Abo earned his B.S. degree from Syracuse University. Mr. Viola handles all aspects of litigation in New Jersey and Pennsylvania, including toxic tort, asbestos, talcum powder, contaminated food, environmental, and construction defect cases. He has also been involved in the opioid litigation, representing wholesale pharmaceutical distributors in both state and federal courts. Mr. Viola also litigates commercial, D&O, Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA), and employee stock ownership plan (ESOP) cases. He actively participates in all areas of discovery, including depositions, motions, and strategy development. Mr. Viola frequently is local counsel in New Jersey and Pennsylvania for various firm clients, regularly appearing in court for motions, hearings, and trials. He concentrates much of his practice on education law, including special education; school discipline; anti-bullying litigation under the Anti-Bullying Bill of Rights Act; Abbott and high-quality preschool programming for disadvantaged students; employment litigation for teachers and superintendents; representing private preschools in litigation; advisement on business and contract matters for private schools; regulatory compliance for private schools and colleges; contract litigation with private schools; civil rights litigation on behalf of students; and higher education litigation on behalf of college and graduate students. In addition, Mr. Flynn's practice includes criminal and juvenile defense, especially for students charged with crimes and truancy. He also handles family law cases, with a focus on advocating for children and their best interests regarding their educational needs. Mr. Flynn brings a unique perspective to the firm, having spent many years working in schools directly with children with special needs. He earned his undergraduate degree and master's degree in legal history from Rutgers University, and his J.D. degree from Vermont Law and Graduate School. Mr. Flynn is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Maine.

In the unlikely event that NBI cancels or reschedules an upcoming program, each registered attendee will be contacted via email by a representative of NBI. Outreach to attendees begins as soon as NBI is made aware that a program will not move forward at its originally scheduled date and time.
