He also has extensive experience working with the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) in various positions including investigator, civil rights trial attorney, enforcement supervisor, state and local program manager, and administrative judge. As a trial attorney, Mr. Jung litigated cases in federal court on behalf of aggrieved individuals and the EEOC in matters involving Title VII of the Civil Rights, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, and the Equal Pay Act. In his role as an administrative judge, he was responsible for adjudicating cases filed by federal employees against their agencies. As an enforcement supervisor, Mr. Jung managed the investigation, conciliation, and litigation development of cases to be filed in federal court. As EEOC's state and local program manager, he was responsible for reviewing and auditing the investigation and litigation development of employment discrimination cases that were dual filed with 12 State and Local Fair Employment Practice Agencies, including the Pennsylvania Human Relations Commission, Philadelphia Commission on Human Relations, and the New Jersey Division of Civil Rights. Mr. Jung is currently a co-chair of the Board of Directors of the West Jersey Music Academy, a non-profit music school in Moorestown, New Jersey with the mission of providing music instruction and performance opportunities for all, including people with disabilities, seniors and the indigent. He is a graduate of Temple University School of Law.

What happens if my course is cancelled?
In the unlikely event that NBI cancels or reschedules an upcoming program, each registered attendee will be contacted via email by a representative of NBI. Outreach to attendees begins as soon as NBI is made aware that a program will not move forward at its originally scheduled date and time.

Yes, the more people you bring from your organization, the more you save. After the first registration, each additional attendee receives a special discount off of their total tuition.
When will the OnDemand be available and how long will I have access to the content?
