Bruce N. Powers
has been in private practice for 38 years, the last 28 as a solo practitioner in Tulsa, Oklahoma. He received his B.S. degree from Oklahoma State University and his J.D. degree from the University of Oklahoma. He is a U.S. Army veteran, having served as an Infantry Officer in the 101st Airborne Division. He has been a member of the American Inns of Court, judged college Moot Court competitions, and served as adjunct faculty at the University of Tulsa.

Dawn D. Hallman
is the principal attorney and founder of Hallman & Associates, P.C. located in Norman, Oklahoma. She is a nationally recognized estate planning attorney with a background in tax. Ms. Hallman has extensive experience helping clients with all facets of business, tax, and estate planning. She has advised thousands of clients regarding their estate plans. Ms. Hallman creatively and effectively addresses the estate and tax planning needs of high-net-worth families. She holds both an accounting and law degree, and prior to opening Hallman & Associates she maintained a tax practice for several years. Ms. Hallman's tax and business law background make her uniquely qualified to advise clients on complex estate, tax and business planning matters. She frequently lectures on estate planning matters in continuing education programs for attorneys, accountants and wealth managers. Ms. Hallman is a member of the Oklahoma Bar Association (past chair, Estate Planning, Probate and Trust Section), and serves as the Board of Directors vice chairman for both Washita State Bank and Frontier State Bank. She earned her B.B.A. degree in accounting from the University of Oklahoma and her J.D. degree from the University of Oklahoma College of Law.

is a shareholder in the law firm of Garvin, Agee & Carlton, P.C., where he focuses his practice in the areas of estate planning, real estate, probate, estate administration, taxation, municipal and elder law. He is a certified public accountant in Oklahoma and has served as municipal counsel for the cities of Pauls Valley. Mr. Carlton is a member of the Oklahoma County (Real Estate Section), Garvin County, Oklahoma, and American bar associations; and the Oklahoma Society of Certified Public Accountants. He earned his B.A.C. and J.D. degrees from the University of Oklahoma College of Law.

She is a member of the Oklahoma Bar Association – Estate Planning, Probate and Trust Section; Tax Section, Oklahoma County Bar Association, American Bar Association, Federal Bar Association, Heart of America Fellows Institute of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel Class IV Participant, and Oklahoma City Estate Planning Council.
