Brenda L. Gill
is a partner in Dunnington Bartholow & Miller LLP's corporate, privacy and cybersecurity, intellectual property and employment practice groups. She has 30 years of business and legal experience. Ms. Gill has worked in corporate law departments as a trusted in-house legal and business advisor, in law firms specializing in IP and technology, and in consulting firms advising general counsels and chief compliance officers. She has deep experience drafting and negotiating agreements for a wide range of technologies, including software as a service (SaaS), platform as a service (PaaS), infrastructure as a service (IaaS), healthcare technology, mobile application development, application software provider (ASP) arrangements, webhosting, Internet of Things (IoT), and other types of licensing and subscription arrangements. Ms. Gill's significant understanding of data privacy and security allows her to bring knowledgeable insight into the implications of these regulations in a client's technology deals. In addition, she has created standardized contracts, contracting procedures and playbooks for use by her client's providing consistency and efficiency in their contracting processes. Emerging technologies are reshaping the business landscape across industries. Ms. Gill is a technology enthusiast who has immersed herself in the business and legal implications of technological innovations from the very beginning. Whether it was understanding the implications of the transition from deployed software to SaaS, delving deeply into the intricacies of blockchain so she could conduct a blockchain CLE for Walmart's in-house attorneys or grappling with the artificial intelligence (AI) as it evolved into generative AI, she continues to analyze technology trends to help her clients capitalize on its benefits and step around any risks. AI, Blockchain, Cloud Computing and Data Analytics are likely to continue evolving and converging thereby transforming businesses of the future. Ms. Gill's deep understanding of emerging technologies allows her to bring innovative ideas to the table in her work. She is admitted to practice in the states of New York and New Jersey; and is a certified Part 146 advanced commercial mediator.

Raymond R. Grasing
is an attorney with The Law Firm of Grasing & Associates. He has more than 25 years of trial experience in New York. Mr. Grasing knows how to try a case in a straight forward convincing manner, and how to pare down the facts and issues to their essential parts to help a jury reach the correct decision. His understanding of the law, gained through his trial experience, provides his clients with a distinct competitive advantage, whether or not their case gets to trial. Mr. Grasing practices in the areas of commercial litigation, personal injury, construction disputes, insurance coverage disputes, insurance coverage, collections, subrogation, arson, and fraud cases. He earned his B.A. degree from the State University of New York at Stony Brook and his J.D. degree from Brooklyn Law School.

Richard R. Volack
is a partner in the construction law practice at Peckar & Abramson, P.C. and chair of the firm's cyber security and data privacy practice. He counsels some of the country's largest general contractors, construction managers, and owners in all aspects of construction dispute resolution, including claims involving breach of contract, construction defects, design defects, schedule-and-impact delays, mechanic's liens, surety bonds and insurance, and counsels clients in all matters concerning cyber security and data privacy. Mr. Volack's practice encompasses dispute resolution through mediation, arbitration and, when necessary, litigation. He also counsels clients on litigation avoidance practices, risk management, project planning and contract negotiation in relation to construction projects, both in both domestic and international settings. In 2021, Mr. Volack completed FIDIC Certified Course Module 2: Claims and Disputes Resolution. He is a frequent lecturer on construction insurance, risk management, the New York Mechanic's Lien Law, e-discovery and electronically stored information (ESI) issues as they relate to construction litigation. Mr. Volack earned his B.S. degree from the University of Scranton, his Master of Arts degree from the Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Policy at Syracuse University and his J.D. degree from Syracuse University College of Law, where he served as the business editor for the Journal of International Law and Commerce. He is the past chairman and past secretary of the Construction Law Committee of the New York City Bar Association and a member of the Construction Law Section of the American Bar Association. Mr. Volack is admitted to practice in the states of New York and Connecticut, U.S. District Court for the Southern and Eastern districts of New York, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit.

James M. Black, II
is a partner in the corporate and securities group and general counsel to Falcon Rappaport & Berkman LLP. He has over 35 years of experience in corporate and government compliance, government contracts, trade regulation, and information technology. Mr. Black has been in-house counsel for most of his career, including Northrop Grumman's Data and Information Division; CA Technologies, where he served as vice president, senior counsel, and associate chief compliance officer; and at Overseas Military Sales Group where he was general counsel and chief compliance officer. He is also a professor at the Maurice Dean School of Law, Hofstra University, where he teaches of corporate compliance and ethics.

Daniel J. Gershman
is an associate in the corporate and securities practice group of Falcon Rappaport & Berkman LLP (FRB). His legal practice focuses on domestic and cross-border corporate and securities law matters and related tax issues. Mr. Gershman also works closely with FRB's taxation and private client groups, assisting with structuring and compliance matters involving closely held businesses, real estate, and trusts and estates. While in law school, he participated in Hofstra Law's Community and Economic Development Clinic where he assisted in the representation of non-profits, small businesses, and other start-up ventures with issues related to commercial transactions, corporate compliance, corporate finance, employment law, and real estate. In addition to corporate and securities law matters, Mr. Gershman's legal interests include the practice and policy surrounding emerging technologies such as cryptocurrencies, NFTs, artificial intelligence, and data privacy and security. He is admitted in states of New York and Texas, and the District of Columbia. Mr. Gershman earned his B.S. degree from Rosemont College and his J.D. degree from Maurice A Deane School of Law at Hofstra University.
